A pretty little boutique hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff. Room was good. Breakfast was good, amazing view from the breakfast area.

Cons:

Description says it was many TV channels but no aerial, so only had a few tv apps. When asked, they said you can receive the channels via the app but not really. The guy tried, and he couldn't get any channels other than Vietnamese programs.
3% credit card surcharge if you buy at the reception. We were told you have to pay this everywhere so we bought our Fancipan ticket at the hotel but actually, you don't have to pay the 3% surcharge directly at the Fancipan ticket office.
Location-wise, hotel is on a steep hill, only some vehicle will come up, most will only drop and pick up at the bottom of the road.

Boutique comfort with a view
Pros:

Clean stylish boutique hotel with lovely touches such as the baby grand piano in the lobby
Room was gorgeous with a little round bathtub and decor a mix of provincial and traditional local fabrics and colors.
Super comfortable room and bed
Excellent full breakfast
Lovely balcony in room looking out to mountain and city vista.
We loved it here

Cons:

Music needs a little more variation as only a few songs on high rotation

Excellent option on Sapa
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Restaurant with amazing view and high quality dishes. Spa highly recommended.

Cons:

Sky-bar under renovation, it is closed and there are some construction noises early in the morning.

Good except for no sky bar and renovation noise.
Pros:

Great ,staff, location and room was beautiful spacious and clean with a great view.

Cons:

The sky bar was being renovated and was closed, the sky bar is as one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, there was no information telling us this would be closed. Also the renovations were right above us and created a lot of noise until after 6pm

Il faut y aller !!!
Pros:

Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse extrême. Ils nous ont préparé un repas malgré notre arrivée après la fermeture des cuisines. Les chambres sont très confortables et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Mention spéciale pour la vue !

Pros:

У отеля очень удобное расположение недалеко от фуникулера на Фансипан. Очень приветливый персонал. Разнообразный завтрак с видом на город. За нежную музыку в ресторане отдельное спасибо. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Удобная кровать и подушки.

Nice hotel, with a bit of finesse could be 5 stars.
Pros:

Lovely rooms and when I checked in very late the staff were kind and welcoming. They also helped manage a bus booking and associated changes

Cons:

There were a couple of things in the room that needed changing - safe was locked and sink was leaking badly. But both of these were resolved quickly. Some communications were off too like the afternoon tea no longer being available.

Prima verblijf voor sapa
Pros:

Het ligt echt in het dorp en je loopt zo overal heen, dat is super! De kamer was ook van prima formaat met een heerlijk groot bed.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is wel echt heel basic. Ook de housekeeping is vanaf 6 uur ‘s ochtends al erg veel lawaai aan het maken op de gangen en bij ons moesten we extra betalen voor een handdoek die vies was? Maar deze hadden we zo gekregen, dit was ook bij gasten voor ons dus pas hiermee op!

Boek ook geen taxi met dit hotel, wij hebben hier echt een hele slechte ervaring mee gehad.

Pros:

We got the premium room with a mountain view and it was amazing. The room was spacious and had a tub overlooking the mountain. The staff was also excellent and even helped us out when booking tickets. The location is also good as it is near Sapa station but there is some uphill walking to do.

Gute Lage
Pros:

Stadtzentrumsnah. Hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten. Damit ruhiger.. Zum Fansipanbahnhof nur 4min. Frühstück im 7.Stock und gut Tolle Aussicht.
