They honored our special request to put a "Happy Birthday" greeting in the room. It was a lovely surprise, nicely presented, and made the celebration feel special. Thank you!

Cons:

We arrived about an hour later than our scheduled check-in. Despite the delay, one of our rooms still wasn't ready and we were made to wait an additional hour. The front desk staff were polite but the long wait was inconvenient and disrupted our plans. For the price, I expected better coordination—hope management improves their room readiness and communication.

It was more upmarket than my usual hotel. I only stayed 1 night to see what Quezon city was like . Very comfortable.
