Very good location
Pros:

Very good location. It's just beside Sunplaza. Lots of food nearby.

Very clean room. It is cool in Sapa so we didn't use the aircon. Hot water available for shower. A small electric water boiler, hair dryer, Wifi are all available. Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Shower head is broken but still usable. Toilet door unable to lock but we don't mind.

staff dont know how to speak english, unfortunately the foam of the bed not soft & the toilet bowl got clogged on the first day

Perfectly located hotel
Pros:

Perfect location: right across Sapa Station, near restaurants, laundry services, bank / ATMs, and massage places.

Cons:

No elevator (we had 7 luggages) and breakfast available (but nearby restaurants open early anyways).

Nice and clean place, perfect location.
Pros:

Nice and clean place, very friendly personnel. In the heart of town, opposite to the Sapa station.
Room spacious and clean, a little bit older interior but everything fully usable.

Cons:

Hotel has 4 floors and no elevator, so if you don’t like climb the stairs, maybe put a note in your reservation about room on lover floor.
Also bed pretty hard, but that is about each person preference.

if you choose great location near center, but stay long or confortable room is not

Pros:

It’s located just in the heart of sapa center, beside sapa station. It is really easy to go around and there is even a convenience store just beside the hotel.

Cons:

Everything is great except I have to climb up the stairs all the way to the 4th floor. There is no lift. But overall, my stay is great.

Pros:

Very good location. Literally in front of Sapa Station. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. The hotel was spacious with hot water and hair dryer. Bed was clean and no smell or molds which was nice.

Cons:

Too much noise from other guests. Our room was on the 4th floor and they didn’t have elevators only stairs.
