Having a refrigerator / freezer in the room would have been spectacular - and a comfortable chair - the room only had the bed (which was comfortable) and it would been excellent to have a chair also

Camere estremamente sporche. Abbiamo trovato dei peli nelle lenzuola per ben due volte visto che ci hanno cambiato la stanza due volte. Tutto il mobilio sporco e pieno di polvere. Ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola più volte senza successo perché tutte estremamente macchiate da fare schifo a coprirsi. Vergognoso.

Europäische Preise! In einer Nacht kam um 01:30 Uhr ein Pumpwagen, der über eine halbe Stunde die hauseigene Kläranlage leergepumpt hat: das war so laut, dass an schlafen nicht zu denken war. Das Zimmer 25 liegt zudem an der Straße, aber das eigentliche Problem ist die immer offene Tür zur Straße. Es schallt alles in das Hotel hinein. Auch die Musik vom angrenzenden Park. Im Badezimmer wird ein sehr penetrant riechendes Mittel eingesetzt, so dass wir das Licht im Bad immer angelassen haben, damit die Lüftung den Geruch abzieht.

- Difficulté de communication pour indiquer clairement et directement l'emplacement du parking : travaux à l'entrée du parking et autre entrée manifestement inconnus de la réceptionniste.

- pas de change pour la garantie de la carte parking à 250 pesos payables en cash uniquement
- Établissement déjà bruyant à la base pour les chambres à l'avant.
- Pour le surplus, un camion a vidangé les eaux noires à minuit pendant plus d'une heure... Réveil en en grande "pompe"...
Le personnel n'a pas prévenu de la manœuvre qui aurait parfaitement pu être faite en journée...
Les odeurs en prime.

La habitación es muy pequeña, muy linda pero con espacios muy reducidos.

- no parking and the one right across the street is not very good so we had to spend some time to find the best overnight parking lot
- the staff isn't very qualified - we initially booked a room without a balcony and when we got there it was right by the pool so it smelled terribly musty and had flies everywhere. I went to ask for a different room and they told me the whole hotel was booked, but when I went on booking.com to check that it actually showed one more balcony room available. So I had to go to the reception to show her that room and ask to be upgraded (we paid the difference). I would have appreciated being told in the first place that the only room available was a more expensive one, instead of me having to search for it.
- the pool is very small and in the middle of the hotel so I doubt anyone ever uses it, it looked neglected. Plus, like I mentioned, it makes the hotel smell like chlorine and the rooms near it damp.
- there is no hairdryer in the room and I had to go to the reception every time to ask for one.
- the shower has a weird window towards the room so when you have a shower you are on display towards the bed
- the mini fridge is trully mini - can barely fit 3 bottles of water and it doesn't really make your drinks cold, it's more like a coolbox.

Estaría excelente si agregaran un frigobar en la habitación para poder mantener bebidas frías (muy necesarias por el clima)

La habitación estaba sucia. La regadera tenia un olor raro y feo. En general la limpieza no fue buena.

We didn’t have any warm water during our stay. Also, there’s direct access from the street outside to the rooms so even thought there’s someone sitting at the desk at all times, I can imagine it does feel eerie if your room is in the front of the building.

Disapointed by dirty bedsheets (stained, with hair and hairs)
