Pros:

La cercanía al centro y lo fácil y seguro para acceder

Cons:

En nuestra habitación se daño el aire y no nos pudieron dar solución al día siguiente pretendían que nos fuéramos. Temprano, porque el aire estaba dañado y no tenía más habitaciones para darnos. Nos sacaron a las 12:00 en punto aún cuando perdimos una noche de sueño por culpa técnica de su aire no fueron cordiales y ayudarnos a sentirnos cómodos.

Pros:

It was great, the room, the free coffee, the staff. They cleaned our room every day and the location was great if you want to be in the north of the island where it is more touristic. I do prefer staying near playa cocoplum or playa San Luis though, since it is a more local culture experience.

Cons:

The pillows were horrible and there was no room to hang things up in our room. Also I would have liked potable water.

Muy bien pero puede ser mejor
Cons:

La caja fuerte no servía, pedimos pilas pero nunca nos las entregaron.
La puerta de la habitación no tenía chapa de puerta principal, entonces siempre que uno salía tocaba cerrar con llave desde adentro o si no se podía abrir sin ningún problema

Execelente, até mais que o esperado.
Pros:

Acomodação boa, nova, tudo limpo e organizado, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e gela muito, banheiro bom, não possui água quente, mas a água não sai gelada, a cama é roupas de cama todas impecáveis e limpas, as toalhas eles não trocam diariamente, mas se solicitar fazem a troca foi avisado no check in, os quartos são limpos todos os dias, fica muito perto da praia principal, tem mercado ao lado do hotel, lojas, todo comércio do centro, lugares ótimos para tomar café na rua ao lado, preço do hotel achei que valeu super a pena no geral. Os funcionários são super educados e simpáticos, tem uma garrafa de café disponível na recepção. Nos quartos possui cofre, frigobar e um cabideiro.

Cons:

Único ponto negativo é que não tem janela, apenas um vidro e dificulta um pouco a secagem das roupas.
