Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre était propre et l’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec toutes les commodités à proximité.
Un grand merci à Aisha la serveuse, ainsi qu’à sa collègue. Elles étaient souriantes et d’une grande gentillesse.
Merci également à la femme de ménage, très dynamique et toujours aux petits soins.

Amazing hotel with a truly outstanding staff. I offered to pay for an early check-in, but the team kindly arranged it for me free of charge, which I really appreciated. Everything was excellent throughout my stay, and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Gürsel for his professionalism, kindness, and support. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállodával. A takarítónők egyszerűen fantasztikus munkát végeztek.Minden mindig tiszta és rendezett volt. Már többször jártunk Isztambulban és több szállodában is megszálltunk, de ez a hely magasan felülmúlta az eddigieket. Külön kiemelném az ágy kényelmét is, ilyen jót még szállodában soha nem aludtam. 😀

A svédasztalos reggeli is nagyon bőséges volt: minden reggel volt rántotta, sült virsli, leves,a főtt ételek minden nap váltakoztak volt tészta, sült krumpli, rántott hagymakarika,..minden nap más... különféle felvágottak, sajtok,saláták,sütemény és gyümölcs. Igazából semmi nem hiányzott a kínálatból.elégedettek voltunk velük.

A személyzet minden tagja kedves és segítőkész volt. Összességében egy nagyon hangulatos, jól összerakott kis szálloda, ahová szívesen visszatérnénk. 😊

El personal era muy bueno, las habitaciones amplias y limpias

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho en ruido de las otras habitaciones, en el piso más alto había un motos encima de la habitación y no se podía dormir, nos cambiaron de habitación. Por último el desayuno era bastante mejorable

Am avut o experiență minunată la acest hotel. Cel mai mare plus a fost amabilitatea personalului, in special baietii de la receptie Muammer and Veysi, care ne-a oferit early check-in la ora 6 dimineața, lucru care ne-a ajutat enorm. Curățenie exemplară și o atmosferă primitoare. Recomand cu drag!

Egyszer jó volt, de az említett két probléma miatt nem térnék vissza.
Pros:

Tiszta hotel, jó helyen. Éjszaka csendes környék.

Cons:

A fürdőszobákon nincs normális ajtó!
A reggeli szerény és nem minden friss. Néha másnap viszont láttam a már előző nap sem friss felvágottakat salátában.

المعاملة جداا لطيفة من الاستقبال معمر وفرقان متعاونين جدا فقط لو كانت الغرف ان لايكون بينهم باب مع الغرف المقابله لكن نظافة وتعامل جيد 👌
