Lovely Liverpool
Pros:

The staff was in contact when I was late....very attentive and helpful. The Hotel is well kept and felt safe. Bed was squeaky but I slept good 😴. Big bathroom and clean. Very nice place to stay by the train station.

Cons:

The walk up the hill....but its not bad at all...

Fortunately, only booked for 2 nights otherwise would have took the loss and moved to another hotel.

Did not eat breakfast. Location good.

Cons:

Where to begin? Light over bed didn't work. Light on wall next to bed was uncovered and bulb less which was resolved upon request. Light over BR mirror did not work nor did fan which probably didn't matter because it was so clogged with grime and dirt. Only partial role of toilet paper, no extras in cabinet under sink with was empty except for dirt. BR needed sweeping and view from window revealed lots of trash on lower floor roofs on both sides of room. How I ever picked this place is a mystery and will have to review Booking.com review to see what I missed that let me to choose this hotel.

Cons:

A little tired in places but would still stay again. Didn't have time to try the breakfast has we had an early hospital appointment at the cancer hospital.

Extremely overpriced for small attic room which was shabby. Very dangerous step into room.
Very poor breakfast, no teabags, lukewarm water in coffee machine, very limited choice of food, was expecting cooked breakfast

Lovely and quite comfy stay ..definitely stay again..young man on desk was so welcoming and polite

A basic hotel beng brought back to life
Pros:

Front of house staff are excellent. Hotel location less than 150 yards from railway station.

Cons:

My bedroom was clean well lit and comfortable. However you had to turn wash basin tap and shower on at same time and wait for the hot water
