Pros:

Great location, great staff, , hotel trying to update hotel, gave fan in room! Toiletries/ tea coffee!
Very comfy bed

Cons:

This might not be all rooms but ours had new carpet but desperately needed windows/ sockets upgrading! Staff were very good to help. It's not the ritz but if you need a good kip and central it was fine and staff at hand to help out. You need a fan in the room.

A good location for my stay but hotel was a bit basic but meet my needs.
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs, as i needed to travel each day by train to a major sporting event

Cons:

My single room was ok but the bathroom needs a little TLC as the toilet seat was nearly hanging off and some of the shower fittings were loose ie shower pole.

Fine for a single night.
Pros:

Excellent location for what I needed, (I was attending a meeting nearby).
with easy access to the railway station
Price for one night was brilliant.
Would book again for a single night on business, but not longer.

Cons:

It needs a lot of love.
Slightly run down, frayed around the edges.
Plumbing extremely noisy, bed not so comfortable, tired decor, bed uncomfortable and bedding not so comfortable.
Staff seemed indifferent.

Cons:

Alt for små senge, 120 cm til to mennesker. Dårlig/ingen rengøring, fandt hår og gamle hår elastikker i vasken.
Virkelig dårlig morgenmad, ingen fokus på genopfyldning.

Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights and had a nice time, reception staff nice and freindly and let me keep my bag there until i checked in. Hotel right by limestreet station which was ideal as i used train to get there.

OK for the price but doubt I'd book again
Pros:

The proximity to Lime Street station.
Rooms were basic but spotless
The coffee was lovely
The staff were very friendly & helpful

Cons:

Not wheelchair accessible.
Public areas/furniture shabby & in need of a deep clean.
No cooked breakfast available & the so-called continental breakfast was minimal

Pros:

I have made a complaint the rooms were not secure there were various men wondering around there seemed to be building work being done the bar was shut and in darkness there was a women working on her laptop in the bar in the dark there was not sufficient locks on the door the receptionist was dressed for building work so wasn’t sure if he actually the receptionist or one of the men working there We were concerned for our safety as 2 women staying there alone horrible horrific experience
