Bliska odległość do stadionu w Chorzowie, wygodne łóżka, młoda, lecz nadzwyczaj przemiła Pani recepcjonistka, która starała się pomóc, jak tylko mogła oraz Panie sprzątające, które są równie pomocne i dokładne w swojej pracy, choć widać, że mają jej dużo - obiekt jest duży

Dosyć nieprzyjemny, arogancki Pan recepcjonista na nocnej zmianie, który po zapytaniu o to, czy jeśli nie ma miejsca parkingowego, które nie jest zastawione poprzez foliową listwę, od razu zaznaczę, że pytanie było zadane dosyć grzecznie - a dotyczyło tego, czy można wykorzystać do rana właśnie to wytyczone - najpierw coś odburknął, a potem dosyć nieprzyjemnie tłumaczył, że tamte są opłacone - w ten sposób nie odzywamy się do klienta, można było inaczej, grzeczniej. Przypomnę tylko, że w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji od Booking.com jest zapis o tym, że parking jest, proszę to wyszczególnić, że jest ogólnodostępny i może nie być miejsca, aby to auto pozostawić. Ja wszystko rozumiem, ale reszta gości bez pytania, po prostu przekraczała tę linię i bynajmniej nie były te miejsca opłacone - co zresztą potwierdziłam u osoby, która właśnie to auto tam stawiała, zupełnie obcy człowiek, lecz chętnie udzielił informacji. Pan pozostawił dosyć duży niesmak, lecz reszta ekipy baaaardzo w porządku począwszy od Pań pokojowych, kończąc tak naprawdę na reszcie recepcji. Bardzo mili i pomocni.
