Pros:

Un lugar con un encanto especial. Nos ha gustado mucho la tranquilidad y el enclave en que está situado el parador. Además, las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y la calidad de la comida es excelente. Experiencia de 10.

Cons:

El trato del personal. Nada profesional en algunos sectores del establecimiento. Un establecimientos semejante, aunque esté en la provincia de Ávila, no puede estar sin climatización dentro de las habitaciones, y me refiero a Aire Acondicionado. Parece del siglo pasado que tengas torres de aire cuando las habitaciones del último piso tienen demasiada temperatura.

Un lugar muy bonito y con mucho encanto.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. Cuando llegamos a las 4 de la tarde hacia mucho calor en la habitación, solo había un ventilador y no es suficiente cuando suben las temperaturas por la zona.

Paradores ha perdido nivel
Pros:

Siempre es agradable volver a Gredos para caminatas por los bosques. Asun Sánchez destaca por su gran trabajo en el bar, y la amabilidad de Ángel y Mario en el restaurante.

Cons:

El desayuno carece de leche de almendras, frutos secos, muesli, plátanos y según la mañana hay o no tomate natural en rodajas o huevos pochados, Depende del humor de la cocina cada mañana, según indican los camareros. Bastante cutre las pinzas individuales o los cubiertos en bolsa.
Paradores ha perdido calidad y nivel en cocinas junto a poco personal para las tareas. Ahorro de costes para mejorar resultados, en detrimento del servicio.
