Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt um Dublin zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants und Pubs, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in Gehdistanz zum Hotel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für uns seinen Preis nicht wert.

Good clean hotel and right in the middle of the city centre.
Pros:

The check in staff were very helpful on arrival and were given complementary cocktails in the bar. Lovely cocktails by attentive staff. The following morning we had a lovely fresh breakfast.

Cons:

We booked on line a standard kingsize room only to find when we checked in we had a family room with the addition of bunk beds. To be fair once my husband pointed this out they did change our rooms.

The hotel restaurant was very dark, not how I wanted to sit first thing in the morning. You were also sat very squashed in together.

Pros:

We were so pleased with our stay in March that we returned for another stay in May. Outstanding staff -- helpful, welcoming, attentive. Surely the Grafton's hiring and training process should be the example for others to follow! And of course a good review has to include comfy rooms (check) and a terrific location (check-check). Walkable to everything, fun energy, and restful at night even though it's in a lively area.
