Pros:

L'emplacement est super: à 15 minutes de Gion mais sans la foule.
La chambre est très bien.

Cons:

Il manque un micro-ondes.
Il n'y a pas de laverie mais il y en a eu à 5 minutes à pied qui est très bien.

Pros:

Wonderful location - quiet and yet near so many wonderful sites, shops and eateries. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Good location, seen cleaner places
Pros:

It was a good convenient location room was bigger than average
Had adequate amenities and a big bed.
Overall it was ok value for money given what we had paid for it. I’d say if you’re not picky or looking for a romantic retreat this is a perfectly fine place.

Cons:

The room was not very clean or well maintained:
Floors were dirty and it didn’t seem that they have dusted where the TV was or the bed frame at all, ever. Toilet room had a slight smell of pee.
Walls full of scratches and in urgent need of a coat of paint, not the best materials, prefabricated bathroom…
We wanted to get some fresh air into the room but the window only opened 5cm.
If you have two big luggages it might be difficult to have them open simultaneously. We managed by piling up the desk chairs and moving some furniture around.

The room was in the basement, which was okay for us as we did not spend much time there but if you spend more time it might be nice to know
