Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi čisté a pohodlné. Izba bola presne taká ako na foto, room service bol výborný, raňajky boli takisto dobré (dopredu si ich vyberáte). Najlepší na hoteli bol pre nás však pán recepčný, ktorý nás ohúril nie len svojim všeobecným prehľadom ale dobrosrdečnosťou a chuťou pomôcť s výletom v Kazachstane.

Cons:

Všetko bolo super, pridali by sme väčšiu ponuku nápojov na raňajkách.

Pros:

A nice, pleasant hotel with national ornaments. You can really feel that everything is made with soul and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable I slept very well.The area is good there is a Korean restaurant nearby with delicious food, which was a pleasant surprise for me. There are also other restaurants in the area. A new art museum and the Koktobe tv tower are located nearby. The hotel is very good, cozy, and quiet. The staff do their best to provide great service. I would especially like to thank Eldos, he is a very kind, honest, and competent person with a big heart. He helped me many times. The breakfasts are good, but they could be slightly improved by adding more fruits and juices. The hotel is located close to the mountains.I recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Комфортный и уютный отель, заселили пораньше, приветливый и готовый помочь персонал. Есть несколько вариантов завтраков на выбор. В номере есть все необходимое, кондиционер работает отлично. Остались только положительные эмоции от проживания. Подарили подарок, когда узнали что у меня день рождения. Ориентировали по достопримечательностям, которые можно посетить.

Cons:

Я бы добавила кофемашину в стандартный номер, салфетницу с сухими салфетками в ванную.

فندق نظيف وفي منطقه هاديه بعيده عن الزحمه وقريبه من مستشفى و كافيهات انصح بزيارة كرك هوم
