Excelente ubicación y hotel cómodo.
Pros:

La recámara era muy cómoda y limpia, excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Que no funcionaba el elevador pero el personal muy amable me ayudó a subir mi maleta.

Es war OK, aber ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

ruhig, angemehme Zimmergröße

Cons:

Fenster liegen sich nicht öffnen, bei der Ankunft roch es im Zimmer sehr chemisch (Klimaanlage?), Schimmelbildung in der Dusche
Rezeptionistin unfreundlich und desinteressiert/unmotiviert
keine Entschuldigung dafür, dass Lift nicht funktionierte

Love our stay here ,all the staff great really friendly.Great location rooms were well equipped, comfortable and clean.The drinks in fridge were a lovely touch, thankyou

Perfect for our requirements
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable clean room. Good breakfast. Unexpected bonus of complimentary fridge items which were greatly appreciated. Nice atmosphere and good location.

Cons:

The parking wasn't available as the European Athletic Championships Marathon route passed right outside the hotel - not the hotel's fault at all but once I had found alternative parking outside of the route all was good . Bonus points for being able to watch the marathon from the steps of the hotel.

Pros:

Comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Peaceful area. Property had a nice restaurant and bar.

Cons:

Lift was not working. Had to walk up two flights of stairs to bedroom.
Walk from city centre to hotel was sketchy. This was one of the nicer areas of Birmingham but still lots of rubbish on the streets around the property.
