Mixed bag
Pros:

Room was perfect, initial check in staff lovely, the cooked breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Service for breakfast was dreadful. Was attempted to be charged 3 times for eating despite having pre paid and paid a top up. No juices/pastries were out and had to keep ordering stuff from one very bored member of staff. Wasn't a great experience. But the food itself was excellent when it arrived.

Pros:

The Location, but nothing about this hotel
For your last question at the bottom regarding photos there was nothing really good enough to take

Cons:

When i booked this the web site shows you lovely rooms so we though wow so we booked it, but when we got the their we were very disappointed, no one contacted us to say the lift was out of order they told us only when we arrived otherwiseI wouldof cancelledit,, my wife is disabled so she really struggled to climb the stairs, when we eventually got to room 206 we were so shocked it was awful, there was only two cartons of milk, the bed was awful and very uncomfortable, the bathroom wasn't cleaned either, then at 04.00 there was people either in there rooms or corridor were so loud and making noise they woke us up this was going on for about an hour, I went downstairs to reception but no one was there it was just absolutely awful, the main issue was my wife struggling to climb the stairs has she has knees and hips issue, I just though the people at the reception should have informed us of the issues you had with the lift, now two days after my poor wife is still in pain, it was just a horrible experience for both of us

Nice bar but certainly not a luxury boutique hotel.
Pros:

Very nice bar

Cons:

Room was very small and dark with a view over the aircon units. It was a shame that we were put in such a small dark room as I don't think the hotel was full.
