Pros:

Отличная гостиница, тихий, спокойный район. Номер чистый, ремонт относительно свежий. Персонал доброжелательный. В шаговой доступности много мест где можно покушать.

Cons:

Сначала нам дали номер в котором явно кто-то уже пожил, была не убрана постель, был мусор. Нам поменяли номер, но всё равно было грязновато и очень шумно уже с 7ми утра. Мы остановились на 5-6 часов просто немного поспать перед вылетом, но увы, я бы не остановилась еще, даже на короткий срок.

We had a very pleasant stay at this family-friendly hotel in Almaty. Although it is located a bit outside the city center, the distance is not an issue at all—especially if you are arriving early in the morning, as it is very convenient to reach quickly from the airport.

The hotel itself is in a new building and everything was exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated. A special thanks goes to Garik from the staff, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even though we arrived at 4:00 AM, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made a big difference after a long journey.

There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and taxis to the city center are very affordable, so getting around is easy and convenient.

As a bonus, we were upgraded to a nicer room, which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, this is a great family hotel offering excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Prima hotel voor eerlijk geld.
Pros:

Leuke eigenaar, prachtige kamers en lekker eten in de buurt.

Cons:

Het viel ons alleen tegen dat we zo vroeg weg mochten! Had veel liever gebleven voor paar nachten.
