Na pewno tam wrócę :)
Pros:

Zdalny proces meldowania i wymeldowania, czystość, wyposażenie (pralka, kapsułki do prania, żelazko, deska, zatyczki do uszu itd), nowoczesny wystrój.

Stay away! Unreliable: they cancelled my booking without reason 2 hours before arrival.

The basis facilities are fine.

Cons:

Completely unreliable! Numa cancelled my booking - that I made 4 weeks before my arrival date - just 2 hours before we arrived at the location. They cancelled via e-mail only, that I did not see until we arrived. They offered a 'free cancellation', which was of course an insult and totally unrealistic as I had no alternative location. I was forced to accept a significant downgrade from my original booking, with an offer of a 25% refund, that does not cover the amount that I paid. I have sent three e-mails to Numa about their unacceptable behaviour, requesting further information and an adequate financial compensation, and have had no reply. Clearly this is a totally unreliable organization. A shame, because the facilities are fine, but the service is appalling. Stay away!

Már 2. alkalommal szálltam meg a Numánál és ezúttal még elégedettebb voltam. A jövőbeni utazásaimhoz is a Numa szállásai
Pros:

Gyalogosan megközelíthető volt a belváros, az utcában volt egy reggeliző és pár percre bolt is. Nagyon szép volt és jól felszerelés a lakás.

Cons:

Minden rendben volt.

Ótima estadia
Pros:

Prédio e apartamento novos. Tudo muito limpo e bem equipado. Toalhas e papel higiênico para reposição. É excelente. Fomos em família e adoramos, tinha cadeira de alimentação para minha filha e tb berço disponível. A localização é muito boa, pois fica perto de restaurantes, lanchonete, mini mercado, farmácia e estação de metrô. O bairro é super tranquilo.

Idealny na krótki pobyt w Lizbonie.
Pros:

Przestronny pokój z małym aneksem kuchennym wyposażonym w podstawowe rzeczy do przygotowania posiłku, przekąski.
Duże wygodne łóżko, pokój przygotowany i posprzątany perfekcyjnie.
Sprawny system zarządzania rezerwacją on-line.
Lokalizacja blisko centrum, bezpośrednie sąsiedztwo metra, w okolicy restauracje, sklepy.
Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt w Lizbonie. Korzystałem dwukrotnie.

Cons:

Korzystałem z dwóch pokoi, oba miały nieco mało światła, ale to już kwestia usytuowania (jeden na poddaszu z mniejszym oknem), drugi od strony zachodniej.
