Schönes Hotel mit super Lage und viel Luft nach Oben.
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit City View (man sieht nichts von der Stadt, sondern blickt auf die gegenüberliegende Häuserfront) war schön eingerichtet und trotz der Ausrichtung zur Straße relativ ruhig. Das Konzept des Hotels ist etwas ungewöhnlich aber durchaus gut: es gibt keinen täglichen Reinigungsservice, dafür aber einen sog. Supply Room, in dem man sich Handtücher, Kaffee, Gläser usw. selbst holen kann. Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten für den Abfall gibt es ebenfalls. Über eine App (die auch als Zimmerschlüssel dient) bekommt man jede benötigte Hilfe.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten an der Oper, am Rathaus, am Hafenviertel, am Hauptbahnhof und in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlen ein Safe und ein Kühlschrank. Es gibt zwar einen großen Kleiderschrank, jedoch für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt viel zu wenig Kleiderbügel und zu wenig Ablagefächer. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein. Die Roof Top Bar ist nur sporadisch geöffnet und in der Lobby bekommt man nur zu eingeschränkten Zeiten etwas zu trinken.

The lighting: there was no way to turn off completely lights in dining area unless you turned ALL lights off; also the light over the dining table was weak

Dans ces conditions, autant louer un appartement en air B&B

Aucun personnel, ni accueil, ni ménage à moins de payer 50 € pour faire la chambre chaque matin, aucun service de petit-déjeuner .
L’accès à la partie hôtel par une minuscule entrée , puis un ascenseur dont le revêtement mural est déchiré, les couloirs ( moquettes et plinthes abîmés et défraîchies ) les portes de sas d’étage qui ne se verrouillent pas …..

Pros:

I stayed in the smallest cheapest room. It was still comfortable and nice. The bedding is sublime, and the lobby is also comfortable and Pleasanton spend some time in. The area is also very practical and nice. Staff generally very nice.

Cons:

It would be nicer if breakfast could be available at the hotel, the system with the bar in front is a bit complicated and doesn't allow for spontaneous decisions.
