Posizione abbastanza centrale e struttura moderna.

Cons:

Purtroppo la colazione inclusa nella prenotazione è stata una grande delusione. Di fatto non abbiamo potuto fare colazione: erano disponibili solamente del pane, un contenitore di cioccolata e della marmellata. Non c’erano tovagliette, stoviglie né una vera preparazione del servizio colazione.

Considerando che la colazione era espressamente inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno, ci aspettavamo quantomeno un servizio adeguato e una scelta minima di alimenti. In queste condizioni, non riteniamo corretto indicare la struttura come comprensiva di colazione.

Prima locatie nabij Campeche maar netheid en comfort kunnen beter.
Pros:

De locatie is prima, op ongeveer tien minuten wandelen van het centrum. Je kan gratis voor de deur parkeren. Ook het zwembad is een fijne extra en ideaal om op een warme dag even af te koelen.

Cons:

De kamers waren niet helemaal proper en er lag nog wat stof. Het verblijf was bovendien erg warm, aangezien er alleen airco is in één slaapkamer. De koelkast op de kamer was stuk, maar we mochten gelukkig de gemeenschappelijke koelkast gebruiken. De communicatie verliep wat moeilijk omdat de persoon die ons ontving geen Engels sprak. Het vermelde continentale ontbijt was erg beperkt: toastbrood, confituur, koffie en wat fruit. Een uitgebreider ontbijt of samenwerking met een lokale ontbijtzaak zou een meerwaarde zijn.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding, goede uitvalsbasis
Pros:

Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De incheck verliep soepel, snel en duidelijk. Ik had eea gelezen over ontbijt (wat er bij mijn weten niet bij zat). Maar er werd gezegd, er is wat simpel (bimbo) brood, jam en nutella. Er is koffie en thee. En in de koelkast kun je eigen spullen kwijt (gedeelde keuken en koelkast). Prima locatie om Campeche te bezoeken.

Cons:

De douche, er kwam nauwelijks water uit, slechts wat druppels.

La cocina, la alberca y la excelente atención de Alejandro, hay un parque en la esquina el de san roman, a 1 cuadra y media el mercado de san roman, el malecón a 2 cuadras

Pros:

De eigenaar deed enorm zijn best om ons te verwelkomen. Ondanks dat er geen ontbijt is, heeft de eigenaar toch boterhammen voorzien en verse fruitsla. Dit vonden wij heel aangenaam.

Locatie was zeer goed.
Kamer aan de kleine kant, maar netjes en mooi.

Pros:

Een fijne locatie en prettig om gebruik te kunnen maken van de keuken, de tafel en de koelkast.

Cons:

De ontvangst is toch altijd wel vlak, ook hier. Niet echt een warm welkom als was de beheerder heel aardig en behulpzaam. De douche niet echt prettig. Ontbijt was wit brood, en een bakje fruit.

Missing some fine details
Pros:

We liked the location close to the center. Our family room with balcony was quite nice a and spacious. Huge kitchen area with a coffee machine and coffee. The interior was also very well chosen. But what we did not receive was a clean room.

Cons:

The stairs and the floor were not cleaned and we found hair etc from former guests on there. The shelves kitche tops and bedside tables were dusty [ and that was not dust from a day before] , also the tables showed fresh glass stains. The shower walls were not cleaned either. We did not mention it cause we only stayed one night and overall it was ok-ish. Pitty though, a bit more love to detail would have made a big difference.

Agresión a persona y daño a propiedad
Pros:

Terrible experiencia por reportar que no abren a tiempo cuando se avisa la hora de llegada, y pedir ayuda porque se descompuso su aire acondicionado y reportar que el café y pan no estaban a la hora acordada de desayuno. Los empleados se metieron a mi habitación el día jueves 2 y a la hora de limpiar rompieron mi laptop en represalia, pero aún hablo con el dueño y el se lava las manos porque no está en la ciudad y manda al empleado a revisar el caso y el empleado me bajo a agredir a gritos a mi habitación sola en la noche y con mi propiedad dañada y con los dueños y la empresa Boutique Campeche lavándose las manos sin proceder a la reposición del daño, sin enviar a alguien para revisar la situación y lo violentada que fui. Sigo en espera de que se reembolse la noche que tuve que dejar dado lo riesgoso y de que los dueños se lavan las manos.

Cons:

Dañó a propiedad intencional, indiferencia de la administración y violencia hacía mí...y contradicción entre su reglamento y su incumplimiento
