A 24-hour shuttle service is available. However, you'll need to walk about 15 minutes to reach the Haram after the shuttle drops you off.

Cons:

I stay 9 days, but without calling they don't come to clean the room. Sometimes there is a long wait for the lift. People are fighting to get on the shuttle, which is very irritating for women. The driver should wait at the door and give women entry first.

النظافة سيئة.... موجود صراصير بالغرف
وكذلك لايوجد سجاده او مناشف... خدمة غرف سيئين

ومساحة الغرف والسرائر صغيرة جدا مقارنة بالفنادق الاخرى

والحمام صغيرة بشكل لايصدق
