Wat een topverblijf! Wij hebben in augustus 4 nachten mogen genieten van Fes Heritage Boutique Luxury Hotel en kunnen dit hotel met volle overtuiging 10/10 beoordelen.

Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom. De hygiëne is werkelijk uitstekend en het hotel is prachtig, sfeervol en tot in de details verzorgd. Ook het ontbijt was fantastisch: vers, uitgebreid en heerlijk.

Een speciale vermelding verdient mevrouw Hajiba. Wat een warme, vriendelijke en gastvrije vrouw! Haar ontvangst en service hebben ons verblijf extra bijzonder gemaakt. Ook doorman Omar verdient absoluut een grote pluim. Altijd vriendelijk, behulpzaam en met een glimlach klaar om te helpen. 🙏

Juist de mensen maken een hotel bijzonder, en Hajiba en Omar zijn daar het perfecte voorbeeld van.

Wij hebben ons hier vier nachten echt thuis gevoeld en zouden zonder enige twijfel opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen.

L’accueil exceptionnel

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je tiens particulièrement à remercier Hajiba, la directrice, qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Elle est vraiment aux petits soins pour ses clients, toujours disponible, attentionnée et chaleureuse. Une personne formidable qui fait toute la différence !

Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement exceptionnel : beaucoup de choix, des produits délicieux et une très belle qualité.

Un grand bravo également à toute l’équipe, qui est au top, souriante, agréable et très professionnelle.

Je tiens aussi à remercier Ghislaine, qui s’occupe du hammam et des massages. Elle est adorable et très professionnelle. Le hammam et le massage étaient vraiment superbes, un véritable moment de détente. Rien à redire, c’était parfait !

Et surtout, un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour la magnifique surprise qu’ils m’ont faite pour mon anniversaire. Une attention qui m’a énormément touchée et que je n’oublierai jamais.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation. Une très belle expérience, avec une équipe aux petits soins et une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale.

Merci à toute l’équipe, et particulièrement à Hajiba et Ghislaine, pour votre gentillesse, votre professionnalisme et toutes ces belles attentions. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

I can’t recommend Fes Heritage Boutique Luxury Hotel enough. From arrival, we were welcomed with warmth and elegance, especially by manager Mme ARDAN Hajiba, whose exceptional, personal hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
Our spacious, spotless room felt like a home away from home, complete with daily fresh fruit and biscuits. Breakfasts were superb, fresh, and varied.
We’ll definitely return on our next Fes trip and highly recommend this truly five-star experience to everyone!

والله وبالله وتالله لم اجد في هذه الدول والمدن ماوجدته من اهتمام من موظفين هذا الفندق
مديرة الفندق الاستاذه حجيبه قالت نام متى ماصحيت فطورك جاهز يعتي وقت الفطور ليس محدد بوقت معين
وبالفعل صحيت متأخر وافطرت معها
قالت نام ومتى ماتحب تعمل خروج الوقت الذي يريحك وهذا لم اجده في اي فندق
سألتها عن كوفي قريب وارسلت معي موظف الى المقهى

J ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Au-delà du confort de la chambre et de la beauté des lieux, c'est la qualité du service qui a rendu mon expérience unique. Le personnel est d'une bienveillance et d'un professionnalisme remarquables, toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Mention spéciale pour la directrice Mam Habiba qui a su anticiper mes besoins. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés .

The Hotel is located very central - directly at the entrance to the medina and has all comfort you are looking for, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I got an Upgrade to a Suite with panoramic view, which was wonderful. I like espescially, that there is still also played wonderful moroccan music (in Mix with European) in the Lobby so the Heritage is really present. Also it s calm at the Pool to relax, no music in the garden, only relaxing water sound from the little fontaine, which you love, when You come back from a visit of the very lively Medina.

L'accueil particulièrement chaleureux et professionnel. La directrice était "aux petits soins" pour rendre le séjour le mieux possible.
L'hôtel est beau, la chambre formidable.
Le personnel est très attentif et réactif.
J'ai également apprécié la piscine.
La taille de l'hôtel me convient parfaitement (pas trop grand).
Séjour réussi et répondant à mes attentes.

The staff make this hotel fantastic! Unlike other hotels I have stayed at- it felt like family. No request was too big or too small. It's an oasis in the heart of Fes. Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic
