Breakfast was very good,excellent position,so close to the beach and other places and locations.
Wifi wasn't good in the room,we had it just last night during the stay.You have to improve problem with internet.Everything else was very good.

Понравилось всё!!! Солнце, чистое и ласковое море, горы - подковой окаймляющие поселок с трёх сторон,
парящие в небе парапланеристы.... Расположение у отеля - отличное - рядом с морем! Персонал - внимательный, вежливый. Особенно хотелось бы отметить русско-говорящего менеджера Юлию. Юлия - прекрасная девушка, внимательная, чуткая. Очень профессионально работает, быстро и качественно решает все возникающие вопросы. Ей - особая благодарность и просьба к руководству поощрить её за такую работу и такое отношение к людям.
Очень понравилось, как работает горничная, которая убирала в нашем 108-м номере. Очень креативный человек, настоящий Художник! Каждый день она радовала нас своими поделками из полотенец - слониками, дивными птицами.... а однажды соорудила "настоящего" крокодила!)) Очень понравились завтраки - весьма обильные
и разнообразные, а омлеты от шеф - повара - лучше всяких похвал! Понравилось проводить время жаркого зноя
у бассейна. Ещё понравились вкусные ужины и то, как работают ребята - официанты. Особенно хотелось бы отметить официанта Оззи. Оззи - очень профессионально общается с посетителями, ещё и по-русски говорит!
Всем - огромное спасибо!!! ...Время пролетело незаметно... Отдохнувшие и загоревшие, с благодарным сердцем,
мы улетели домой, в Москву, увезя с собой частичку тепла гостеприимной и радушной Турции, а также добрые воспоминания о красочном и живописном Олюденизе, в котором так уютно расположился замечательный "Tonoz Beach Hotel", отель, куда непременно хочется вернуться!...
Не понравились пустующие платные лежаки на пляже, но это к отелю не имеет никакого отношения....

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly, courteous, and highly professional team. The property and rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained.
While the location is excellent, what truly made our stay special was the staff’s genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. During our visit, we encountered an unpleasant issue with an independent tour agency unrelated to the hotel. We would especially like to thank Julia, who took the initiative to assist us and helped resolve a very stressful situation. Her kindness and support made a huge difference and saved us from what could have been a very disappointing experience.
A fantastic hotel with a team that truly cares about its guests. We look forward to returning very soon!

I think this hotel has to be reviewed based on each points with details to give a fare and Honest feedback:
Location: the hotel is literally in the heart of every thing , we were surrounded by all what we need. The beach is just few steps away, the area is full of restaurants, cafes, excursions booking points, currency exchange spots (which is mainly shops and pharmacies).
There are a SPA, Super Markets, and an in-house restaurant just down stairsfrom the rooms.
In summary there is no better lactation in ölüdeniz than Tonoz Hotel.
The Staff: This is by Far the most friendly, helpful, smiley faces staff I have encountered during my countless travels. Starting from Mr. Orhan at the reception who is a real professional and very helpful always maintaining a smile, to the Amazing guest relations manager Mrs. Julia who helped us too much during our stay, she was attentive to get us the best experiences with the best available prices, which makes us feel like she is one of us. The whole staff was smiling to us, helping us, and welcoming us all the time. They also helped us with early check-in.
The Breakfast: the hotel provides a very good Breakfast variety that can suit anyone. Too much options very fresh items with all you may think off for a Breakfast meal.
The Room: the room we had was a bit small, we had to change the furniture arrangement a little to make a place to fit the prayer mat so we can pray to the right direction.
The room has a TV and a strong adjustable air-conditioning.
A window equipped with a net so no insects can come inside the room.
There was some comments that I saw before coming to the hotel complaining about the noise at night, to be honest I never felt any noise at all since the windows is isolating the room completely from the outside atmosphere.
Toilet size is acceptable, the water pressure at the shower is very good.

Pencake was the best - however it was available only on one morning.

View on the very loud, crowdy street. However the windows close very well, you need an earplugs.
Personál bol mimoriadbne ochotný a milý. Na recepcii slečna Tugla ale aj ostatní boli veľmi nápomocní a ochotní. Raňajky boli chutné, večere z menu trochu s obmedzeným výberom ale primerane asi cene polpenzie.
Izby na ulicu dosť hľučné do pozdnej noci. Na 1. poschodí ,kde nie sú balkóny chýbale externé zariadenie na sušenie plaviek.

We stayed at Tonoz beach hotel for the 3rd time, now as a family :) The best staff ever from very kind cleaning ladies, professional receptionists, amazing kitchen and restaurant people, manager and bartender. Hats down people!
Location is the best you can pick in Oludeniz, literally 100 meters from the beach. Super yummy breakfast, very comfy rooms and daily cleaning
