House Restaurant is closed Sunday & Monday nights each week and on Tuesdays in low season ( January, February, March, April, October, November, December - with the exception of Christmas and mid-term breaks).

The bar restaurant is open daily.

Please note pets are welcome in secure facilities in the underground car park only. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

What a memorable stay. Stunning location and such a gorgeous hotel. Loved the dinner at the Michelin star restaurant and the spa facilities. Lovely weather meant enjoying breakfast outside with a sea view. Can't wait to go back 🧡

Would recommend Cliff House just for the style. It’s pretty special.
Pros:

Location, the James Bond (Roger Moore era) vibe, the pool and spa and ocean swimming spot. Also great staff all round.

Cons:

I booked the hotel for the Michelin star restaurant for my partner’s 60th only to find the restaurant closed two days a week. The “casual” dining was very good. Breakfast a bit lack lustre: generous but hard eggs….

Very good stay and staff were lovely
Pros:

Location , staff and the ash suite were excellent - stunning views over Ardmore bay -

Cons:

Limited gym facilities and pool was ok - sauna and steam rooms were very good - entry into hotel after midnight could be improved - maybe establish a dedicated fob entry security system - ( if we had no mobile phone with us , it would be difficult to contact the night Porter ) - only minor issue !!

Brilliant couple of days in a beautiful suite overlooking the sea.
Pros:

Fantastic location and excellent staff
The Michelin star restaurant was very good and the staff very attentive and knowledgeable, especially the sommelier.

Cons:

The bar/ocean restaurant needs to have a better choice of menu.

Nice stay but wouldn’t return
Pros:

Hotel was very comfortable in a lovely location with incredible sunset… lunch in hotel was good and dinner was good .. Breakfast was the star of the show and could not be faulted… Spa facilities were nice … it was a nice hotel but it doesn’t merit a 5 star as there was to many things that let it down … some areas needing attention rather than a complete overall ..

Cons:

Food in restaurant was not 5 star .. menu at lunch was too similar to evening menu ..

A wonderful relaxing break in a very special location.
Pros:

Location and views are superb, great food in both the casual dining restaurant and the House Restaurant, lovely pool and spa The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Nothing, it was perfect. Even the weather!
