เดินทางสะดวก ติดรถไฟใต้ดิน เดินไป skyline กลับสนามบินสะดวก แนะนำมากๆ ฝากกระ้ป๋าได้ทั้งก่อนและหลังเข้าพัก

appart et quartier sympa mais sans ascenseur, metro au coin de la rue.
Pros:

communication et consignes d’accès très bien, quartier agréable.
Station de métro à l'angle de la rue et commerces.
Parking (payant) juste devant.

Cons:

2e étage sans ascenseur.
moins joli que sur les photos.

Very good overall, spacious, all amenities, good location, just keep in mind there is no elevator
Pros:

Very spacious, especially for a city like Tokyo.. it includes all the amenities one could need.. Kitchen (stove), refrigerator, mircowave, sink, Japanese toilet, shower with shower gel included, you have to turn the water boiler but that’s no big deal it’s only the push of a button..

Cons:

The fact that it doesn’t have an elevator.. not even for the luggage, but it’s no big deal

Near to Ueno Park and JR Ueno Station. 15 minutes walk.

Cons:

The name of the place (building) is too small. I have difficult to locate it because I arrived at night. But the photos are identical as you gonna find there, so it is ok.

1. 聯絡人前一晚跟他要求才提供密碼，先前問了好幾次都沒回覆
2. 房間格局很奇怪，入住的那間沒有門可以關（門在四樓要拖行李到五樓，五樓沒門），我們入住時是冬天，房間內只有兩台小台冷氣，因為沒有門能關上，導致室內溫度一直上不來

付費後即繳交證件資料,但直到入住前一天都沒有任何入住資訊,打電話也都沒接,直到到了入住前幾小時才提供資料,
提供房號及密碼都是錯誤的,一直打多通電話,才有回電取得正確資訊,這次真的是很不好的經驗.
