Pros:

Hotel room was quiet neat and comfortable. It was worth or more than what we paid for. Toilets were clean as well. Staff and room boys were very helpful.

Cons:

Once lift door opened, there was stinking smell. Actually it will be first opinion for anyone who steps in. It is hight time the lift carpet must be replaced. It really gives bad impression.

The staff (everyone) was most polite, courteous, professional and very helpful.

The facilities were super clean and comfortable.

Cons:

This is not under the hotel's control, but, the construction at the next doorvsite was a wee bit noisy the first evening. Wasn't too much, but was just a bit of a bother.

The next day however, was super silent...no disturbance at all.

It was good. Could’ve been less noisier to get better sleep.
Pros:

The staff were all amazing, especially Anmol and Raghu. They served with a smile always and very happy to help me with everything. The Manager Mr Murthy was also very very helpful in every way.

Cons:

The noise from the Restaurant every night till past midnight. Neighbour room which were almost like they were attached to my room were so noisy also.
