Overall A little satisfied, staff is wonderful. They need to upgrade.

The staff are very friendly, courteous and cooperative

Cons:

The room is outdated. The tv are too small and the cable is so old not working, the air conditioner is leaking, the towel is over used thread is almost coming off. They told me to ask for another towel I have to pay 50 pesos each time.

It is a simple room but valued for a quite, good and accessible to stay in Subic.
Pros:

The room has a cable tv, cool aircon, hot shower, mini terrace and good/clean bed.

Cons:

No bathroom robe hook. No telephone to reach front desk. No door bell so you'll not be yelling outside the room. Door viewer to look outside who's knocking in your doorstep.

Pros:

The place is very convenient and easy access and the staff are very kind and accommodating. My booking in the app have a lil problem but the management fix it and considerate my booking even it is under on a different name just call them directly and they will help you😊 a 100% i will go back again to this hotel and recommended it🥰
