للأسف كانت تجربتي غير جيدة. قمت بالحجز عن طريق Booking.com لغرفة توأم، ولكن عند الوصول تم إعطاؤنا غرفة رباعية مختلفة عن نوع الغرفة التي حجزناها. وعندما طلبنا استبدالها بالغرفة المحجوزة، تم إبلاغنا بأنه لا يوجد إمكانية للتبديل

كذلك، كان وقت تسجيل المغادرة المذكور في Booking.com هو الساعة 3:00 مساءً، ومع ذلك بدأ الفندق بالاتصال بنا منذ الساعة 10:00 صباحًا بشكل متكرر بخصوص تسجيل الخروج، مما سبب لنا إزعاجًا وضغطًا غير مبرر. وفي النهاية طُلب منا مغادرة الفندق الساعة 2:00 ظهرًا، رغم أن وقت المغادرة الظاهر في الحجز كان الساعة 3:00 مساءً

It was the worst experience that I made in Saudi Arabia, especially in Mekka. It begun that there was nobody welcoming you at the entrance and you have to walk with your bags the long floor to reach the reception. The ladies at the reception were also not welcoming, a kind of stressed. The hotel is old and the location is in a local neighborhood with having no restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very poor. The first room we stayed in was not cleaned well, especially the ground. We didn't get our room cleaned when we left in the morning an returned back to the hotel after 4,5 hours. The shuttle bus doesn't come on time. I don't see why this hotel has 4 stars and the high ratings are not matching the experience I made at this hotel. The price for this low standard service is not worth at all. Being close to the Haram is also not helpful since if you take a taxi you hag to pay a minimum of 25 dinar. If you stay in any other location which is a bit more far, you would end up paying the same price, but at least you would have a comfortable stay and a nice experience. I don't recommend this hotel at all!

مواعيد و مكان باص الحرم جدا ينزل الضيوف جدا بعيد عن الحرم و خصوصا لو بتروح عمرة تمشي مسافة كبيرة جدا لتصل الي مواقف الباص و انتبهو يوم الجمعة يتم توقيف الباص الساعة 9:30 صباحا يعني بتاخد تاكسي رايح راجع وقت صلاة الجمعة بتكلفه جدا عاليه استغلالا للزحمه من التاكسي

Mekke’de Elaf Kinwan Hotel’de konakladım ve bu konaklamadan son derece memnun kaldım. Otelden genel olarak çok güzel bir hizmet aldım. Sekizinci katta konakladığım odam oldukça geniş, rahat ve konforluydu. Kat görevlilerine özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyorum; ilgileri, temizlikleri ve güler yüzleri beni çok memnun etti. Resepsiyonda Türkçe bilen ve ismini ne yazık ki hatırlayamadığım hanımefendi görevliye de ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Kendisi çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Otelin servis hizmeti de gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Mescid-i Haram’a düzenli ve rahat ulaşım sağlayan servislerin bulunması büyük bir avantajdı. Kahvaltı çeşitleri oldukça iyiydi. Özellikle kahvaltı restoranında görev yapan tüm çalışanlara ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Çok nazik, güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Misafirperverlikleri gerçekten takdire değerdi. Uçuşum gec bir saatte olması sebebiyle check-out sonrasında valizlerimizi otelde bırakmamız gerekti. Bu konuda da bize yardımcı oldular ve herhangi bir sorun yaşamadan valizlerimizi teslim edebildik. Bu anlayış ve destekleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Otelin lobisi ferah ve güzel, genel atmosferi ise oldukça rahat ve huzurlu. Servis imkânları, odaların genişliği ve konforu, kahvaltı ve çalışanların ilgisiyle birlikte konaklamam benim için çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Elaf Kinwan Hotel’in tüm çalışanlarına, gösterdikleri ilgi, nezaket ve misafirperverlik için ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Mekke’de konaklama düşünen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.
