Worst Stay Ever! Rude Receptionist and Does not provide even basic amenities and dirty ambience.

Only think I liked was the location

It was a pathetic experience. Nothing was as mentioned in the details. I don't know how they have a good review.
Firstly Room was very small and congested. They have taken the money for three people but given a small room that fits max 2 people. Secondly very dirty and untidy. Bedsheets pillow covers towels were extremely dirty. Basic amenities like water, soap nothing was provided. The hotel boys were very rude after saying and asking several times they gave service very unwilling to work.
MOST DISGUSTING AND HUMILIATING THING WAS WE REACHED THE HOTEL AT 12AM AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE WITH THE MOST BASIC THING DRINKING WATER. ON ASKING THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE US THREAT THAT I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO STAY YOU VAN FIND SOME OTHER PLACE ON THE CONTRARY WE HAD PAID FOR 4 DAYS ALREADY. HE SAID I WILL CALL POLICE! THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Lastly I called and confirmed they said they have 24 hrs kitchen open. I have opted for the breakfast they provided with cheap breakfast everyday.And one day I found fly in Dosa. DISGUSTING!!!

Cons:

Car parking was not there. Ac is not working and if you complain on that staff were giving lame reasons like it will take time to cool etc., surprisingly I booked 2 rooms but the ac is not working in any of the rooms. Dust everywhere, bedsheets are very bad. I booked 2 rooms but mentioned as 2 guests instead of 4 guests. For this they arguing @ around 12 am and charged 600 extra for those extra persons

Good location but very unhygienic and unkept place. Don't trust the pictures, go and see the room

Good location, close to many offices. AC and WiFi were working fine. There is a lift in the premises

Cons:

Very badly kept. Curtains and bedsheets had stains. The floor was not cleaned properly. Room had a lingering cigarette smell. On the last day, I saw a cockroach near the bathroom door.
