An outdated hotel on the edge of reality. Completely isolated from everything, even the usual transportation services like Pic Me and Uber don't reach Rambulla Falls. The corner room has been repainted, and some changes and embellishments have been made, such as the curtains! The bathroom, however, is cramped; the sink cabinet is dirty and full of mold, the shower floods, the hot water takes a long time to arrive, then suddenly becomes boiling hot, risking scalding. In short, it's small and cramped, so oppressive, especially given the inconveniences listed above. The first night we had dinner at the restaurant, and my partner felt ill; the Nasi goreng was dated! The staff is friendly, but obviously the managers take advantage of the isolation to offer chauffeured transportation at prices completely out of line. On one occasion, we truly felt cheated and treated like inexperienced tourists. They couldn't have known that my partner has been traveling all over the world for 40 years! In the end, we ran away after only two days and preferred to waste the other two.

Beautiful views, but unfortunately very disappointing stay
We stayed at Ramboda Falls Hotel for 2 nights as a group of 8, staying in 3 rooms. Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing.
The hotel has an absolutely stunning location with amazing views of Ramboda Falls, which really seems to be the main highlight of the property. The pool also looked lovely, although unfortunately we didn’t get to use it as it rained throughout our entire stay.
Sadly, the hotel itself is very outdated and is in serious need of renovation. Our rooms were tired, with broken flooring, and the general condition of the property did not feel like what we expected.
My son was hoping to use the gym during our stay, but unfortunately the equipment was old, broken and left all over the place. It certainly didn’t feel safe to use, which was a real disappointment.
De locatie was magnifiek. Tussen de bergen met uitzicht op de waterval. Prachtig huisje met twee terassen. Heerlijk zwembad, goede menukaart en bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Dit is echt een topper.
Alles was geweldig.
Erg mooi uitzicht vanuit het losse huisje op de watervallen. Prima bedden, uitgebreid ontbijt. Het personeel heeft op ons verzoek een plek geregeld waar wij 's nachts de finale van het WK konden kijken.
La struttura è posizionata in un punto panoramico meraviglioso. Anche la piscina è molto bella. La colazione super abbondante e buonissima. Ne vale la pena!

Ramboda Falls Hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting with amazing views of the waterfall and surrounding mountains. It is also very close to the Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, which makes it a convenient location for visitors.
The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to help. However, communication between departments and staff members needs improvement. Better coordination and internal communication would enhance the guest experience. Management may wish to provide additional training to ensure smoother service and consistency across all departments.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent location, natural beauty, and relaxing atmosphere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

The location and cleanliness are the primary ROI of this place. You may also add the breakfast buffet actually, it was pretty good and had decent vegetarian options.
Even though it’s a fully functional resort hotel, room service ends at 8 pm and the room phones were not functional. Which they told us after we went back to the reception to enquire.
Next to the hotel The waterfall make our stay live. Enjoyed a lot whole my family
