On est arriver, le personnel de ménage jetais les déchets par la fenêtre sur le parking . on nous donne un code pour récupérer les clés qui n'était pas le bon. Aucun accueil, et quand y en a eu un il était tres mauvais .
Lors qu'on a eu enfin nos clé, on a eu la surprise de voir notre chambre qui n'avais pas été faite niveau ménage. Et la personne du ménage nous a répondu : quelle était pas faite et quelle était toute seule. Sur un ton tres mauvais. Nous avant attendu 1h sous le soleil que cela sois fait . Mauvais expérience je recommande pas du tout.

Very disappointed needs investment

Cons:

No staff to greet, no information was sent about lock box and key access, had to use a phone number to call and find out what was happening. Shower room leaked in to bedroom soaking cloths outside, some one has tried to fix prior with mastic, but the the area was not cleaned correctly prior to application as the mould is clearly seen in the gap between wall and shower. Wood work outside is rotten. Beds are very narrow. I appreciate this is a budget hotel but this is by far the worse I’ve stayed in. And over priced at 45 euros. Very disappointed

Bien para visitar Futuroscope o pasar una noche de camino.
Pros:

La ubicación estaba muy bien para visitar Futuroscope o para pasar una noche si vas de camino. El personal muy amable. Nos toco la habitación en planta baja con una entrada muy cómoda.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña pero suficiente para pasar una noche. No disponía de aire acondicionado, tenía un ventilador pero no fue necesario su uso.
El desayuno bastante básico.
