In terms of value for money, I’d say you can’t find cheaper elsewhere but it’s whether you value sleep
Pros:

Location wasn’t too bad - about a 20 min walk to city centre.
Complimentary wine left in property, though we didn’t drink, nice touch with crisps/coffee pods etc.

Cons:

Loud neighbours, coming and going all night/slamming doors.
The shower head wasn’t height adjustable, way too low.
Cotton buds left in the bathroom.

Great apartment
Pros:

Lovely clean apartment, fabulous shower pressure, great location and quiet. I was on my own, I felt safe as there is great security. I shall return .

Nothing, found the owner very rude.

Cons:

The owner/manager wats appd us at 4pm on the day we were due to stay and cancelled our stay stating there was electrical problems in the property. He refused to take a phonecall. He said he could not offer any alternative accomodation but would ensure we got a refund. When we checked on booking.com for alternative accomodation another appartment came up in the same building but he stated this was gone. He gave no real apology for the last minute cancellation and kept insisting we would get a refund in 2 minutes. But it takes 7 to 10 days.
Booking.com were very helpful when sorting this out.

Suited our needs, although would probably stay further out from the city centre in the future,
Pros:

The location was easy for access to downtown Dublin, and also for travelling out from the city.
Certainly was a quiet location for us.
Quick response to questions.

Cons:

Parking was a challenge, but got lucky.
Never managed to obtain wifi access. But then, we managed fine without.
Our neighbouring couple also has mixed success with wifi.

Host promised a refund then ghosted us.
Cons:

The day we were supposed to check in the host reached out and let us know that due to an electrical issue the original apartment was not available but that he had another one we could use. We went to the new apartment but it was incredibly dirty, appliances did not work, and the sheets had not been cleaned. When we contacted the host about this he responded that we were free to find another place to stay and he would offer us a full refund as long as we left and left the keys. We were thankfully able to find a last minute alternative but when we began the refund process through booking.com the host ignored all communication from us and the site and is refusing to approve the refund. Do not trust this host or this location.

Luas line, noise of traffic lights, and seagulls, their were people smoking crack outside the front door in front of my 5 & 10 year old sons, their was no fresh water, their were baby wipes stuck to the ceiling and smoke detector, their were no restrictors on the windows, their was no toilet roll, no fresh linenz the bunk beds were broken and lattes were loose along with the security border siding, the tv didn't work and neither did the internet. And other people were trying to access my room at night time. From the communal toilet, this is not acceptable.

Não gostei de nada .pois o proprietário me alugou um quarto e eu chegando lá ele me redirecionou pra outro local distante de onde eu iria participar do evento a qual eu iria .não teve pequeno almoço.resumindo foi uma experiência muito ruim ter reservado este quarto do CROKE PARK STUDIO

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de comprometimento. Pois o proprietário alugou o mesmo quarto pra mais hóspedes,sendo que eu já tinha pago pra ficar com o quarto .isso não é coisa de pessoas honestas

Pros:

Жилье с кухней, можно себе что то приготовить, есть стол и стулья. Хозяева презентовали бутылку вина, было очень приятно. Остановка автобуса рядом, пешком в центр идти далековато, как по мне. Чисто, белье белоснежное.

Cons:

Мы жили втроем, кроватей на 6 человек. Вшестером думаю будет узковато. Для троих нормально. Таблетки для кофемашины не подходят для данной модели.
