Plain small hotel with helpful staff and a great reception area
Pros:

It’s in a good location. I like to be reception area. The staff is very helpful. There are a couple of great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Good value in Cappadocia. No complaints.

Pros:

The location was amazing. We could see great view of the baloons.
Breakfast was great and very good hospitality.

Cons:

Bathroom was not comfortable. Lots of Black scales came out when trying to use spa bath. Ceiling keep coming off and always messy the bathroom floor.
They start prepwork heatpump installation without any notice. The hole for the pipes of the heat pump was open during night time and felt drafting all night.

Lovely cave with windows ahaha
Pros:

I really like the bathroom 🤭
the room and beds were pretty comfortable as well
I felt very comfortable staying here
We had a really good view for hot air balloons!!!

Cons:

because of cappadocia its very sandy
the breakfast was not the best

洞窟感あり
スタッフがフレンドリー

Cons:

坂の上にあるので、足が不自由な方は辛いかも
部屋の前に通路があるので、人が通るのが嫌いな方は要注意(どの部屋も恐らく同じ)
ラマダン中はコーラン放送が爆音なので、必ず明け方に1度起こされる

Pros:

The staff was exceptional, they remembered about a birthday and celebrated it with gifts and food for us. Moreover, they were friendly and helpful.

The location is great, good view, beautiful rooms.

Cons:

The bathtub leaked, however, the staff was helpful and helped with the cleanup.
