Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très agréable et gentil. Petite précision : si vous ne réservez pas une chambre avec vue/ les grottes, il n’y en a pas vraiment, mais l’environnement reste confortable et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient excellents. Une très belle expérience !

I did not like the roads coming to the location, no lights,pot holes,poor maintenance of the roads.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful views and well furnished/decorated.
Our first night we didn’t have hot water. However, the team assisted with another room to shower and then fixed the hot water the next morning and had hot water for the rest of our stay. The staff were incredible.

Glutenfrei wurde im Vorfeld angemeldet (zwar erst 2 Tage vorher, aber wurde bestätigt) und dann war das glutenfreie Brot beim Frühstück aus. Das war schade, das Personal hat aber das Beste draus gemacht!
The property looks good
I didn't like the fact that you have to pay for everything on the property now, you need to pay for dinner to be brought to your room, you need to pay for using the jacuzzi and all that, after paying +\- 5000 per night those things should come as part of the package, y'all are just being greedy right now
