Het beste hotel in de omgeving van Graskop, mede door de gastvrijheid en de uitstekende service!
Pros:

Nog bijna nooit heb ik zulk vriendelijk personeel gehad in een hotel. De gastvrijheid was perfect, evenals de service. Een erg mooi en schoon resort. Lekker eten ook in het restaurant, wat erg handig is aangezien er amper restaurants in de buurt zitten. Met name de dame achter de receptie verdient een compliment voor haar behulpzaamheid!

Cons:

Niks viel tegen, het was gewoon perfect! Jammer dat het wel vaak mistig was door de hoge ligging.

Fast perfekt, nichts auszusetzen bis auf das die Einrichtung etwas abgenutzt war, gerade im Badezimmer. Könnte man mal wieder renovieren.

Das Hotel liegt hoch auf dem Berg und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr großzügig

Cons:

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer in den Hinterhof, wenn man was anmerken möchte.

Diner was ok as well breakfast

Cons:

Horrible view from the room on a parking lot with hisses and that voor 175.- euro a night .
A shame ! They were fully booked with 2 large groups so no change possible . Modern hotel - a bit “
Cold “ concerning light etc .
