Spacious clean room, lovely facilities, great welcome and super close to town centre. Convenient parking.

Great location, lovely room, clean & easy to access
There was a little hiccup with no hot water in the morning but it was sorted immediately by a lovely staff member
Our room was big and on the first floor with views onto the little plazza, and quiet despite being close to the centre of the town. There is a carpark which you need to booked as it only can hold about 5 or 6 cars, it is tucked away behind and you have to negotiate other local residents parking.
Breakfast is not provided and it does make the room expensive despite all its qualities. We have a similar room in France, in a very upmarket part few months ago and there the owner provided you with fruit juice, little jam pots, milk and yoghurts in your mini fridge and in the morning at 8 a breakfast basket was delivered to your door for you to collect (fresh pastries and french baguette with butter). This would elevate this place.
Sauber, gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage: sehr zentrumsmahe und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Great location, staff were so friendly and room was great
Couldn’t complain with service
good location with friendly communicative staff
the amount of stairs was unexpected, and because it was in the roof part of the building, it was quite warm.. but side effects of good weather.
The room size and decor. The staff member that was there to let us in as I didn’t read the email it was a self check in. She was very welcoming explained everything and wrote down our door numbers for us.
I rang up regarding the parking went through to their other hotel. To which they told me was booked up so I paid for parking at another car park. To then arrive at the hotel and find out parking was available there.
Easy, clean, modern, and just very enjoyable overall. It's in a great location, comfy bed, and parking nearby (1 hour is free and a reasonable rate for the paid parking around the corner). Good size room.
Everything it was so comfortable and clean and tidy

Absolutely superb location which can't be faulted. Clean room and bathroom. Bed and pillows relatively comfy. Water provided in the fridge which is a nice touch. Good shower products.
The one thing I want from accomodation when I book it, is a good night's sleep. Unfortunately we both didn't sleep well at all. It was unbearably hot in the room. It wasn't a particularly warm June day, 20° and cloudy at the peak of the day, yet showing 26° inside the room. A fan was provided in the room but didn't offer much relief. A portable AC unit is provided in the room, with a rear pipe that was simple led out of the room window, and propped up with the window. The AC unit was extremely loud, we had to turn it off through the night due to the noise, and it created a bit of a bad smell. We had to leave the window open throughout the night due to the heat and it being the only remaining option, which didn't feel too safe, since the room is on the ground floor, and the window is near the alley which occupants of the hotel used to smoke and relax (right next to a table and chairs) and leading to a gate to the carpark - which we found open in the night (at no fault of the hotel - this would be occupants). But I had to go outside in the early hours to close it shut. Two mirrors inside the room emit a blue light which illuminates the room.
Minor points:
Parking availability is limited, however free if they have space, which is great. Unfortunately we had to park at a nearby carpark which is only £8 for 24hrs. Contact before booking to check, if the free parking advertised is the sole reason for you booking here.
No full length mirror in the room.
Both the TV and radio in the room are unwatchable/unlistenable due to the poor signal.
No breakfast option.
Bit of a unique unlock system for the door, which we had no issue with but a more elderly couple may struggle with (double check the room door is locked when exiting).
Self service can be great, but there wasn't really a hotel vibe, with no staff in sight except for a 30min period before check out.
