Great property - wouldn’t hesitate to book again

The decor was lovely, location was superb, guest information was exactly what was needed.

Convenient location for the Court, good receptionist , room disappointing and would not stay again
Pros:

Convenient for the crown court where I was working for the week.
Very helpful receptionist .

Cons:

Cobwebs all over the place, no air con, poor finish on sash windows , tiny bedroom area , toilet roll not replaced over the stay ( 5 nights) left a night early

Excellent, would stay again.
Pros:

Lovely room, good size, all facilities, bathroom great as well.
Ideally placed 10 minutes to walk into Chester centre and 2 minutes to the racecourse.

Would love to come back again.
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable and decorated very nicely . It was really hot but the hotel had supplied fans in the rooms to help with this.

King bed is a queen size in Australia so not ideal for us. Fold out bed was okay but not great

The Seven is a super boutique hotel; an affordable luxury treat.
Pros:

From the outset the communication & responsiveness to questions was excellent & extremely helpful.
A lovely building with well appointed rooms and first class touches that made our stay very comfortable, for example great tea & coffee provisions including a miniature bottle of fresh milk. The fridge in the room was a bonus as was the fan given the hot weather. The toiletries were wonderful.
The Seven is in a great location on a quiet road with little traffic and just a few minutes walk into the city.

A beautiful experience
Pros:

Wow ! what an incredible place, a luxury conversion of a Georgian Townhouse.
Superb detail in a contemporary apartment.
The staff were helpful and courteous although the apartment was independent with self entrance .
Excellent location

Room was stunning, spotlessly clean. very close to where we wanted to be. Host was extremely friendly.
