Trot nämnda problem var vi mycket nöjda med detta fina hotel och den underbara personalen
Pros:

Fantastisk byggnad och trevlig personal. Vi bodde i ett fint stort rum på fjärde våningen. Tyvärr har de ännu inte byggt den planerade hissen än så man får lote träning (57 trappsteg) på köpet.
Badrummet och rummet var fräscht och fint.
God frukost.

Cons:

Det var svårt att kyla mer det stora rummet med den moderna AC:n.
Vi besvärades också stundtals av en obehaglig avloppslukt i det annars så fina badrummet.

Il en manque un peu pour que ce soit génial, dommage mais pour nous c'était déjà bien !
Pros:

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner au top ! l'accès au club rafting est super, le calme établissement dans la foret mais à 5 mn de la ville. Parfait pour nous.

Cons:

L'accueil put être amélioré, personnel peu présent, on les cherche un peu ! les abords de l'hôtel sont mal rangés, un peu de Bazard à l'arrière de l'hôtel... Dommage !

Hôtel magnifique, accueillant malgré quelques déceptions
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel à l écoute par contre assez loin du centre ville de Berat avec une côte au retour d au moins un km , mieux vaut être véhiculé

Cons:

Dommage que nous ayons raté notre activité de tunning par un manque de compréhension réciproque, pensant que nous partions de l hôtel alors qu au bout du compte il nous fallait y aller par nos propres moyens, 2 heures de route difficile en plus du coup activité ratée et non remboursée et très très déçu 🙁, de plus nous sommes rentrés un soir vers 23 h 30 , nous avons trouvé le portail du site fermé, aucune réponse ni au téléphone ni à l interphone.... il nous a fallu l escalader, il mesurait pas loin de 3 mètres.....c était ça ou nous dormions dehors ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Caloroso ed accogliente!
Pros:

L'abergo è immerso nella natura ed ha una bella vista. Alma ci ha accolto con calore e gentilezza. All'arrivo ci hanno servito da bere ed un piatto di frutta fresca in attesa della camera. La camera era spaziosa e piacevole. Al secondo piano senza ascensore ma facile da raggiungere. Il ristorante è buono! Prima del nostro arrivo la struttura ci ha contattato per proporci un tubing nellìOsumi canyon: esperienza fantastica! Siamo stati bene e lo raccomandiamo!

On s y sent bien
Pros:

Très belle bâtisse à l écart de la foule mais très proche (2 min en voiture) du centre ville.
Chambre spacieuse et climatisée avec balcon et belle vue.
Équipe adorable et chaleureuse en particulier Alma.
Excellent dîner et bon choix de vin pour l accompagner. Nous sommes arrivés très tard à cause d un retard de vol et ils nous ont servi ce merveilleux dîner à 22h dans une ambiance cosy. On s est senti en vacances tout de suite.
L hôtel propose plein d’excusions (canyoning, rafting, tubing…)
On y reviendra sans hésiter

I expected much more from this hotel. The staff were not helpful, and we had to carry our bags down from the 3rd floor ourselves because there is no elevator. Breakfast was very poor even though they advertise having the best kitchen in town. The location is also far from the city center without a car. Worst of all, when we returned to our room late at night, there was a terrible smell coming from the AC, so we had to turn it off. In July heat, that made sleeping nearly impossible.

A nightmare

Nothing. This is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel by far. Do not go there.

Cons:

Nobody to welcome us when we arrived, we waited 30 mn in the lobby, somebody then asked my passport, took it and never gave it back! I was too tired to notice because I had driven hours to get there. Dinner was served in the main room with 25 people shouting very loud. We did not even touch our dinner because they were all shouting. We went to our room. AC was not working. Breakfast was not good. We left and only 2 days later when we were in Saranda, I realised they never gave me back my passport. I called them but they didn't care at all. They argued it was my fault!! And they told me to go back to the hotel in Berat to take it or to go to Permet as they were going to be there. To get my passport back I had to spend 6 hours in the car to drive back and forth to Permet to take back my passport. They could have sent my passport in a taxi, they could have driven to Saranda to give it to me but they refused. According to them, it was me who had to go to them, even though they didn't give it back to me.
I wonder why they had to keep my passport for 2 days without informing me. What did they use my passport for? Why they didn't give it back immediately?
They used one full day of our vacation.
So selfish and dishonest.
DO NOT GO THERE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE.

Staying in your own private castle.
Pros:

Otel ve odalar çok güzel, oldukça geniş. Girişte soğuk içecek ve meyve ikram ettiler. Çıkarken dr 1 litre zeytin yağı veya şarap ikram ediyorlar. Manzarası çok iyi. Havası tertemiz. Tavsiye ediyorum.
