We were greeted with a plate for fruits and a cold drink which was a nice touch.
The bedsprings were not very good - if one of us moved the other was flying!

Très belle bâtisse à l écart de la foule mais très proche (2 min en voiture) du centre ville.
Chambre spacieuse et climatisée avec balcon et belle vue.
Équipe adorable et chaleureuse en particulier Alma.
Excellent dîner et bon choix de vin pour l accompagner. Nous sommes arrivés très tard à cause d un retard de vol et ils nous ont servi ce merveilleux dîner à 22h dans une ambiance cosy. On s est senti en vacances tout de suite.

Nothing. This is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel by far. Do not go there.
Nobody to welcome us when we arrived, we waited 30 mn in the lobby, somebody then asked my passport, took it and never gave it back! I was too tired to notice because I had driven hours to get there. Dinner was served in the main room with 25 people shouting very loud. We did not even touch our dinner because they were all shouting. We went to our room. AC was not working. Breakfast was not good. We left and only 2 days later when we were in Saranda, I realised they never gave me back my passport. I called them but they didn't care at all. They argued it was my fault!! And they told me to go back to the hotel in Berat to take it or to go to Permet as they were going to be there. To get my passport back I had to spend 6 hours in the car to drive back and forth to Permet to take back my passport. They could have sent my passport in a taxi, they could have driven to Saranda to give it to me but they refused. According to them, it was me who had to go to them, even though they didn't give it back to me.
I wonder why they had to keep my passport for 2 days without informing me. What did they use my passport for? Why they didn't give it back immediately?
They used one full day of our vacation.
So selfish and dishonest.
DO NOT GO THERE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE.

I expected much more from this hotel. The staff were not helpful, and we had to carry our bags down from the 3rd floor ourselves because there is no elevator. Breakfast was very poor even though they advertise having the best kitchen in town. The location is also far from the city center without a car. Worst of all, when we returned to our room late at night, there was a terrible smell coming from the AC, so we had to turn it off. In July heat, that made sleeping nearly impossible.

Beautiful and very comfortable place. We were greeted with extremely nice hospitality. The rooms were spacious and perfectly clean. We als enjoyed the good breakfast.
Otel ve odalar çok güzel, oldukça geniş. Girişte soğuk içecek ve meyve ikram ettiler. Çıkarken dr 1 litre zeytin yağı veya şarap ikram ediyorlar. Manzarası çok iyi. Havası tertemiz. Tavsiye ediyorum.
Very cosy, perfect location - walking distance to town and at the same time quiet, very nice servicing staff and... spacy rooms! And perfect view over town!

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, copieux et varié. Le premier dîner qui était très bon. Le balcon et le cadeau de départ.

Außergewöhnliches Zimmer oben im Schloss. Tolle Ambiente im Zimmer und im Restaurant im altem Stil. Extrem reichhaltiges Frühstück mit freundlicher Service. Personal am Tag sehr herzig.
Sind kurz nach 22 Uhr angekommen (bis 22.30 Uhr wohl offiziell Check-in und hatte über Booking.com auch informiert über Ankunftszeit) und Hotel war dunkel und abgeschottet. Nebensaison lässt grüßen. Mäßig freundliches Personal nachts hat uns dann doch nach etwas hin und her ein Zimmer gegeben. Durch Eingang hinten am Gebäude mit großen kleffendenen Hunde bedrängt. Schäferhund hat auf Personal gar nicht reagiert, junge Tochter dadurch sehr erschreckt. Deswegen die zweite Nacht storniert. Sehr schade, weil sonst ein tolles Hotel außerhalb der Stadt.
Auch kein Wasser auf Zimmer und dann keine Lust nachts zum Auto zu laufen wegen der Hunde.

The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of Mount Tomorr. The breakfast was very good.

I liked everything. It takes you to a time where people cared about the beauty of places and the little details. Not like that new industrial stuff you find in other places that feels like you are inside of IKEA
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Castle Park.The entire check-in, stay, and check-out process was perfect.Hotel was cozy and atmospheric.The hotel's location was wonderful and beautiful, nestled among spruce trees with a stunning view.The room was well-equipped and clean, traditionally styled with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was excellent,with a variety of dishes and good service.We were very pleased with our choice and would recommend it!
