Considerando os restantes alojamentos e a experiência, recomendaria este, apesar dos "defeitos".
Pros:

1. Excelente simpatia de todos os funcionários;
2. Qualidade do jantar;
3. Localização, uma vez que ia realizar a caminhada do desfiladeiro.
4. Muito boa qualidade vs preço.

Cons:

1. Estética do quarto, mais concretamente um estilo antiquado, com necessidade de remodelação;
2. Ausência de Ar Condicionado;
3. Ausência de uma mesa e cadeiras na varanda;
4. TV pequena e muito antiga, com falha frequente de sinal;
4. Cabine de Duche apertada e a utilizar uma cortina grossa que permanece molhada após o banho, pelo que sugere mudar para uma cabine de PVC (mais higiénico).
Corrigindo os pontos acima tem potencialidade de ser excessional.

Logement tres bien situé et personnel accueillant
Pros:

Le logement est parfaitement situé pour le départ de randonnées, dont celle des gorges de Samaria.
L'hôte est très disponible et donne des indications utiles et importantes pour le déroulement de la randonnée.
Il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel, qui est ouvert tard (22h30) et un petit déjeuner qui commence tôt pour les randonneurs matinaux (7h00).
L'hôte propose également un service de navette gratuit pour le départ des gorges ; et explique tout ce qu'il faut pour la retour de la randonnée.
Le personnel est très accueillant, et parle plusieurs langues (anglais français)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est tres bien servi, mais un peu trop sucré à notre goût.
En chambre, il manque de quoi pendre les affaires mouillées (Essuies de plage, maillot...).

Back to the future!
Pros:

La gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Sembra di fare un salto nel passato, perché l’hotel è datato, ma si sente che è tenuto con cura ed amore dai titolari. Riescono a far sentire i loro clienti come fossero ospiti a casa loro. La colazione è abbondante e con prodotti genuini. Il miglior burro assaggiato a Creta!

Pros:

Wurden morgens zur Schlucht gefahren. Viele gute Infos. Haben auch sehr gut Abend gegessen. Zimmer sehr einfach- aber super P-reis Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

A bit like a Polish mountain hut, but it was really great. I recommend it.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were cool, there was a large parking lot, and the canyon entrance was nearby. The breakfasts were good quality but served in a somewhat unusual way—I prefer a buffet. As I recall, there were no cold cuts, which was a downside. It would have been nice to have some evening entertainment, but there wasn't any. Still, I wholeheartedly recommend it—for a stay of 1 to 3 days max. It’s close to the gorge entrance, and a shuttle to the entrance is included in the price—a huge plus—I RECOMMEND IT.

Cons:

As was the case across the island, we encountered hotels where the coffee was merely something resembling coffee—this is something worth improving.
