Pros:

Excelente lugar, muy higiénico, con todas las cosas que necesitas: muchas toallas y papel higiénico. Muy amplio y bonito, tiene una mini cocina, aire acondicionado, televisión, cafetera, perchero. La piscina me gustó mucho y está muy bien ubicado y es seguro

It’s an island you have to go with the flow.
Pros:

The property is close to everything you would want to do. Beaches, bars, clubs, food. Safe neighborhood.

Cons:

The tv is for decoration it doesn’t work and the staff acts like it’s surprising when it clearly isn’t. The lap was broken when we came in we mentioned and no one came to handle it. The light in the bathroom is so dim you can barely see, same for the living room.

Stayed less then 12 hours , left facility immediately found another which wasn’t even better.

This situation is unacceptable in anyones standards.
Cons:

NO WATER AT ALL! Experience was horrible. First time in Puerto Rico, would not recommend. Booking and hotel both seemed to say “ it is out of our hands” No understanding on either one of the parties. If this problem was known before my stay was booked or had already been booked how come this was never communicated to me from either party before my stay. Booking, you have really let your standards fall in regards to guest experience.

Pros:

It has two separate beds and a well use of space. Room is mostly clean. Check-in was flexible.

The second bed is on top of the restroom in the room, which is fine, but the floor up there was not quite clean…
