NO WATER AT ALL! Experience was horrible. First time in Puerto Rico, would not recommend. Booking and hotel both seemed to say “ it is out of our hands” No understanding on either one of the parties. If this problem was known before my stay was booked or had already been booked how come this was never communicated to me from either party before my stay. Booking, you have really let your standards fall in regards to guest experience.
Stayed less then 12 hours , left facility immediately found another which wasn’t even better.
They advertised all these amenities which were not true,

The pool was a good way to end the day. I also liked the location.

The property is overall pleasant and well-located, offering a comfortable layout with thoughtfully designed spaces, conveniently positioned between Old Town and the beach. Staff was super nice!
The experience was impacted by some important issues: the room was not as clean as expected, and the shower did not have hot water, which significantly affected the overall stay.
I enjoyed my stayed. The staff were so amazing and exceptionally helpful.
Had some difficulties getting adequate water
It has two separate beds and a well use of space. Room is mostly clean. Check-in was flexible.
The second bed is on top of the restroom in the room, which is fine, but the floor up there was not quite clean…
The location, the staff, the street vibe, parking access. Great up and coming neighborhood. Luggage storage after checkout.
No local TV, and water. Hot water. The beds with 2X4 scraped and injured all my legs over and over again. No water or no hot water. No standard faucet valves. No mixing valves. No local TV. No phone

The location was amazing - walking distance to the beach, old San Juan, dining and a grocery store.
The room was large, separate sitting area.
The hot water was in and out when showering and the tv wasn’t working. We asked for the tv to be fixed twice and it wasn’t.
