Konumu, resepsiyon çalışanları ve odamızı temizleyen güler yüzlü kadın çok iyilerdi.
Kahvaltıda kaldığımız sürece hep aynı şeyler çıktı. Kahvaltı ürünleri çok zayıftı. Kahvaltı bölümündeki çalışanları hiç beğenmedik. Çay bitmiş çay istiyorum. Yeni çay yapıp getirmek yerine üzerine su katıp karıştırıyor ve bardağa dolduruyorlar. Hiç hoş değil.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely give it a 10/10. The location is one of its biggest advantages — right by the Caspian Sea and within easy reach of Flag Square, Icherisheher (the Old City), and some of the best restaurants in Baku.
The sea view from the hotel is simply beautiful and adds a special atmosphere to the whole stay. It was a pleasure to wake up and enjoy such a stunning view of the Caspian Sea.
Overall, the combination of the excellent location, beautiful surroundings, and amazing sea views made my stay very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

This hotel is truly exceptional. One of its greatest advantages is its excellent location, within walking distance of many of Baku's most popular tourist attractions.
During our stay, we were able to explore Deniz Mall, Highland Park, the Flame Towers, Flag Square, the Carpet Museum, Little Venice, Nizami Street (Targovi), and the Baku Boulevard entirely on foot.
The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They were always willing to assist us with any request, including arranging taxis, ordering food, and providing general support throughout our stay.
We would especially like to recognize the Front Office team for their outstanding hospitality. Our sincere thanks go to Ms. Jamila, Eldar, Mr. Nurlan, and Mr. Kenan for their professionalism and kindness. We would also like to express our special appreciation to the Front Office Supervisor for the complimentary room upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy a beautiful sea-view room.
The housekeeping service was excellent. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and every detail was taken care of with great attention. Special thanks to Ms. Dilara for her outstanding work.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was delicious and freshly prepared. We had the opportunity to learn the name of the Executive Chef, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Nigar for the wonderful dining experience.
