Lekker, net, makkelijk te bereiken, grote parkeergelegenheid.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid.
Er werd even vergeten te melden dat je omelet mocht bestellen met smaakjes... Dat ontdekten we zodra er Duitstalige klanten toestroomden.
Americano op de machine bijplaatsen zou leuk zijn (grote tas zwarte koffie...)

Cons:

Koffie Americano programmeren in de ontbijtkoffiemachine.
Alle info ook verstrekken aan anderstalige bezoekers. We pikken het wel op.
Wat meer tijd tussen aperitief en maaltijd (zodat we kunnen genieten van de apero voor de maaltijd wordt geserveerd...) Te snel is ook niet goed...

Sød personale fine værelser. Kaffemaskine på værelset

Cons:

Det var dyrt og morgenmaden var også dyrt. Det ligger udenfor byen ingen speciel god udsigt fra vores værelse

Clean, comfortable good location
Pros:

Lady at the reception very friendly, very well maintained and very clean. Netflix in room easy to use comfortable bed. Close to the river. Very good area to walk the dog

Cons:

No terrace to sit outside only a bench in front of the hotel. You can only use the terrace in the restaurant if you are dining with them which was a bit disappointing.

I had an excellent stay at Frames Hotel GmbH and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and my room was very comfortable and relaxing. Everything about the stay made me feel welcome and at ease.

I would especially like to mention Mr. Mousa Aldaiaf, who made a lasting impression on me with his kindness and generosity. I arrived very late—almost after 12:00 AM—and most restaurants were already closed. I tried to order food myself but had no luck. Mr. Mousa went out of his way to help and managed to arrange two large pizzas for me late at night.

Mr. Mousa is an outstanding person—supportive, generous, and genuinely caring—and he represents the hotel in the best possible way.

Thank you to Frames Hotel GmbH for such a wonderful experience. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Neu,modern,gut....mit mit leichten Abstrichen
Pros:

Dieses neue Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet,Restaurant (auch zum Frühstück) in der obersten Etage mit schönerverglaster Dachterrasse und Aussicht auf den Rhein.Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage mit Digitalsteuerung,elektrische Aussenrollos zusätzlich.Sehr gute grosszügige Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Ich habe eine Minibar erwartet,wie in dieser Hotel Klassifizierung üblich und nicht optional anforderbar,ebenso eine vernünftige Sitzmöglichkeit,Sessel mit Arm- und Rückenlehne statt des "Sitzwürfels" am Schreibtischbrett an der Wand.Verwirrend bis bedenklich empfand ich die Raumeinteilung beim Frühstück.Ich hatte mir einen Tisch im mittleren Teil des Restaurants gesucht,mein Frühstück und Kaffee auf den Tisch erstellt und als auch schon beim Essen war,bat mich die Servicemitarbeiterin den Platz zu wechseln in den hinteren Teil in Buffetnähe,Ich antwortete das dies aber nichtt ersichtlich wäre als "gesperrten Bereich"..sie meine es wäre "anders eingedeckt"...was ich so nicht festellen konnte.Ich "zog" dann jedenfalls auch mit meinen Frühstücksutensilien um,bemerkte aber das spätere Gäste ihre Frühstücke dann auf die Dachterrasse brachten und dort einnahmen..wie und ib die Tische dort "anders eingedeckt" waren,entzueht sich meiner Kenntnis.Jedenfalls erging es so wie mir,an diesem und nächsten Morgen,anderen Frühstücksgästen genau so,dass sie NACH dem Einrichten ihres Frühstücktisches,gebeten wurden "umzuziehen".Eine einfache deutliche Kenntlichmachung der Frühstücksbereiche bzw. Verbotsbereich wäre für alle Seiten angenehmer und eindeutig.

Tolles, neues Hotel mit prima Service
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ganz neu. Dementsprechend ist die Einrichtung tip top! Die Matratze ist super bequem, es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und das WLAN ist hervorragend wie selten in einem Hotel. Bei den heißen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt.
Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Außerdem gibt es einen großen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.
