Convenient for a Short Stay in Cancún
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the receptionist was exceptionally attentive and guest-oriented, making me feel genuinely welcome. He deserves special recognition for his excellent service! The room was a good size for two people, and the location is convenient for a short stay, particularly for travelers who need private parking.

Cons:

In my opinion, this property is more like an apartment building with suites than a boutique hotel. The facilities would benefit from some updating.

The hot shower water had an unpleasant smell. Initially, I thought the water heater needed cleaning, but I later understood that water quality can be an issue in Cancún and the surrounding area. As a precaution, avoid drinking tap water or using it to brush your teeth.

With restaurants located on the ground floor, insect control seems particularly important and it´s performed monthly . As someone with a strong allergy to insecticides, I found this challenging and would have appreciated being informed about treatments in advance. On the positive side, the receptionist was honest, attentive, and helpful, and kindly arranged for the room to be thoroughly cleaned. His excellent service made a real difference to my stay.

J’y retournerais pour y prendre leur déjeuner

Le restaurant, l’amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Son emplacement….bordé par deux artères achalandées et bruyantes où il a été impossible de dormir ne serait-ce que les fenêtres légèrement entrouvertes.

Excelente relacion precio calidad.
Pros:

Habitaciones enormes, con mas que suficientes amenidades, cocineta, sala, dos baños, realmente increíble

Cons:

Hay algunas cosas que mejorar como que no podías llamar al elevador desde el piso 8 por lo que tenias que bajar un piso por las escaleras para poder bajar por elevador pero nada importante.

Ściany były niesamowicie cienkie, było słychać każde spuszczanie wody. Prysznic był okropny- z drewnianą kotarą. Zapach stęchlizny. Ze zdjęć zgadzały się tylko psy z ręczników

Très bonne hygiène, aussi bien dans les parties communes que dans la chambre. La literie est de bonne qualité, confortable. Draps propres, serviettes de linge et sanitaires propres, rien à redire sur l’entretien général.
Point à améliorer :
Le pommeau de douche était bouché par le calcaire, ce qui empêchait une bonne évacuation de l’eau. Toutefois, le problème a été signalé et une solution a été trouvée rapidement avec le remplacement du pommeau, ce qui est appréciable.
