La camera non veniva pulita ma solo svuotata la pattumiera e cambiate le salviette grandi. Non ce una lavasciuga a gettoni ma solo servizio lavanderia a pagamento

The staff is super friendly. Location is great. Room size is more than fine. You get fresh towels and bottles of water every day.
If you're a smoker, they have a nice balcony for smokers.

Cons:

The light in the bathroom is too dim. Airco slightly leaked on the bed.

Super lokalizacja i świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, a pokoje czyste i schludne, z codziennie wymienianymi ręcznikami. Jedynym minusem był hałas uliczny, który podczas upalnych nocy może przeszkadzać osobom lubiącym spać przy otwartym oknie. Na szczęście w razie potrzeby dostępna jest klimatyzacja. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt – polecam!

Excelente estadia e um hotel que recomendo sem qualquer dúvida.

O maior destaque vai, sem dúvida, para a simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os funcionários. Foram sempre extremamente prestáveis, acolhedores e fizeram-nos sentir bem-vindos durante toda a estadia.

A localização também é muito boa. O hotel fica perto do Nishiki Market e dispõe de excelentes ligações de transporte para todos os principais pontos turísticos que queríamos visitar. Depois de dias inteiros a explorar Kyoto e a caminhar bastante, era um local muito tranquilo e confortável para descansar.

Gostei ainda do pequeno espaço exterior junto ao bar do hotel, que permitia fumar tranquilamente, um detalhe que acabou por fazer a diferença para nós.

Sinceramente, não encontrei nenhum ponto negativo relevante durante a estadia. Se voltar a Kyoto, será certamente uma das minhas primeiras opções.

Central hotel in Downtown Kyoto with friendly staff
Pros:

Central location in Downtown Kyoto, a few minutes from the nearest subway station and walking distance from a lot of convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful and offered a welcome drink voucher when we arrived. Very clean rooms and big bathrooms.

Cons:

The decor could use an update, but other than that everything was great.
