Heel goed gelegen en mooie accomodatie
Beautiful new place with a library as a wine bar. Rooms were new and comfortable. Courteous staff. Great breakfast.

The hotel had wonderful facilities, the indoor Jacuzzi and outdoor pool with a view were very nice as was the book lounge with snacks and drinks. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were helpful with advice. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and healthy options. We got to enjoy a wonderful party hosted by the hotel to celebrate a festival that coincided with our stay, amazing food and drinks prepared by the hotel. The hotel was an easy walk to the town center.
Water pressure in our room shower wasn't good but typical for the island. Shower in spa was much better.
The room was like a typical hotel room, comfortable and efficient. There was an indoor and outdoor pool and delicious breakfast with many choices. An easy walk into Angra and a bonus was the labyrinth on the roof! Lovely view of the bay.
Sehr breites und komfortables Bett, hochwertige Pflegeprodukte, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, geräumiges Zimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf die Festung! Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal inkl. sehr günstigem Wäscheservice (1 Hose € 3,50!). Gemütlicher Spabereich inkl. Whirlpool, Außen-, Innenbecken und Dampfbad. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort zur Verfpgung. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich wärmstens zu empfehlen! :)
Die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstücksbuffet würde ich gegen einen professionellen Kaffeservice am Tisch tauschen.
Der Raumduft im Gang und bei der Rezeption ist zu intensiv!

All was great
We loved this hotel, breakfast was wonderful, the outdoor pool had a great view of Monte Brasil and comfortable loungers, the location just outside town was convenient, we were able to easily walk everywhere. The common area book lounge was nice for gathering and we appreciated the snacks and water available all day. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi, the robes and slippers provided in the rooms were nice as well. The staff was helpful with information and we also got to enjoy a wonderful "5th bull" party (a local tradition following the running of the bulls") where the hotel provided delicious traditional Azorean foods and amazing desserts.
Our room was right next to the road, luckily with windows closed it was fairly soundproof but I'd request a room in a different wing if possible.
A shorter answer would be "what is there not to like..."
The staff was amazing and friendly and helpful. The services here are fantastic and you have many options. We wished we would have been here more days!
Great view. Great value. Loved the emphasis on books. Used the outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. Breakfast was very good. 15 minute walk into center of town where the action is. Great views. Would come back!
We purchased a small notebook from the hotel as a gift and charged it to the room. A day later, when checking out, they claimed that they had made a mistake and the the price was really 6 Euros higher. Not a big deal, but it left a bad taste after a delightful staff.

Very comfy bed, quiet, great pools and hot tub. Great architecture & design between modern and old. Staff very helpful. The books throughout the hotel . The nice welcome sweet upon arrival. The full day access to coffee and tea.
Breakfast room divided onto two small inside and only a couple of tables outside, more outside seating ? Breakfast was ok
As pessoas muito simpáticas, o pequeno-almoço era ótimo, o quarto espaçoso. E a localização também fica perto do centro de Angra o que permite andar a pé.
Beautiful rooms, common areas and pool/ spa. Breakfast was good and location just outside of the center was perfect.
The view from the suite was a busy road, personnel was not very welcoming nor friendly. The bed was awful, you felt every spring in the mattress and with every moment the other person was bouncing.
