Como aspecto positivo, nos gustó que el hotel se encontraba muy cerca de la zona colonial principal, lo que facilitó nuestros desplazamientos y visitas. Además, el desayuno, aunque sencillo, fue de buena calidad y resultó adecuado para nuestros gustos.

Cons:

La atención brindada por el personal fue deficiente, ya que el trato no fue cordial y en ningún momento se ofreció un saludo o una bienvenida adecuada. Además, las instalaciones presentaban problemas de mantenimiento, ya que uno de los baños carecía de una puerta, lo que afectaba la privacidad y la comodidad de los usuarios. También observamos que la habitación no contaba con teléfono para comunicarse con recepción, lo que dificultaba solicitar asistencia cuando era necesario. Por último, únicamente se proporcionaron dos toallas, una cantidad que consideramos insuficiente para la estancia. Asimismo, el primer día no se realizó la limpieza de la habitación; posteriormente nos informaron que este servicio debe solicitarse expresamente, ya que de lo contrario no se lleva a cabo, información que habría sido útil conocer desde el momento del registro.

Hotel ziet er mooi uit, netjes, veilig en het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Wij moeten zo nu en dan werken dus iets van een tafeltje waar je met je laptop zou kunnen werken is prettig. Maar dat is niet zozeer een negatief punt.

Staff sempre sorridente e accogliente. Ci sono varie tipologie di camere. Quelle con tariffa più bassa sono piccoline. La direttrice ci ha fatto upgrade alla Queen ed era una bella camera. Grazie. Hotel comodo sia per visitare il quartiere coloniale che per raggiungere la stazione dei Bus (Asotrapusa x Las Terrenas/Samana o altre come la Expreso Romana x La Romana da cui cambiare x Bayahibe). Buona la colazione continentale con ottimo succo di maracuja in bellissima sala in giardino.
