Pros:

La limpieza de todo el hotel y la ubicación en Zona Colonial de Santo Domingo.

Cons:

No me gustó el espacio del baño. Extremadamente pequeño. El espacio para el sanitario es demasiado reducido, a tal grado que la persona no puede sentarse debidamente. El desayuno super básico. La persona en recepción al momento de registro solo proporcionó acceso a 1 solo equipo de comunicación, no dio más información y al momento de realizar el pago, fue muy "cerrada" en la moneda de cobro que debía indicarse en la terminal bancaria. Finalmente tuvo que hacerse el pago en efectivo, pues no brindaba alternativas.

El ambiente, la decoración art Deco y la atención increíble de la gente que atiende, Cristina, Francois, Adalmilcar, Oreolis y otras personas que no supimos como se llamaban, un amor !!!!!!!

Pros:

Buena opción para alojarse en la Ciudad Colonial de Santo Domingo. La ubicación es muy buena para recorrer la zona a pie, la habitación era cómoda y el precio razonable.

Quiero destacar también que me dejé unas gafas en el hotel y tuvieron el detalle de enviármelas a la estación de autobuses de Punta Cana para que pudiera recogerlas allí. Un gesto que agradecí mucho.

Amazing Location and great staff. Room was clean.

Cons:

My room had NO external windows (room 01 on first floor), only a small window behind the bed closed by curtains that was facing directly over the reception and bar of the hotel. During the day was a bit noisy. At night was overall fine... but no option to open windows and no sunlight was not what I had expected when booking.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und es hatte gutes kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank. Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ gut, da es in der Nähe von den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Colonial Zone ist.

Cons:

Wir waren im Raum 1. Das Zimmer ist direkt neben der Lobby wo immer laute Musik lief. Jemand hat sich dazu entscheiden diese Musik die ganze Nacht laufen zu lassen und man konnte deshalb NICHT schlafen!!!!! Also der ganze Nutzen von einem Schlafzimmer wurde absolut nicht erfüllt.
