Het ontbijt was simpel. De badkamer is onhandig ingedeeld met douchen tegenover de wc, maar dit zien we veel in Vietnam

Very nice guesthouse with a stunning view of the valley. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is really nice and helpful

Cons:

I'd easily give 5 stars rating to this place, but unfortunately my overall score is negative, since I had a terrible sleep. During the night I could hear any kind noise coming from the rooms, echoing through the corridor and being amplified: people talking, doors slamming, water pipes running...this went on until 1am more or less and started again around 5am, so basically I couldn't sleep at all.
Another minus is the access road: you have to walk along a very steep slope to access the property.
It's a pity because the place itself is very nice and value for the money.

A truly peaceful weekend getaway
Pros:

This vacation brings a truly peaceful feeling. The lavender essential oil scent spreading helps the mind relax. The elevator of the building occasionally moves slightly slowly. The soft pressed cotton mattress brings a good sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Sapa Heaven House. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. They even gave me a free room upgrade, which was a really lovely surprise.

They were also incredibly flexible with my travel plans. Because I had a late bus, they allowed me to check out later than usual and even let me continue using the facilities after checking out, which made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.

It’s not often you come across staff who go out of their way to make your stay easier and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sapa Heaven House to anyone staying in Sapa!

Nice place in Sapa
Pros:

For the price you can’t complain everything was decent

Cons:

Room is fairly basic and the “pool” is a bit naff - if it were a super hot day it would be nice to cool off in but it is pretty small.
