Naslibují vrácení peněz, ale pak nekomunikují.
Pros:

Poloha ubytování - blízko do centra.

Cons:

Nelíbil se nám neuklizený pokoj. Všude se válely dlouhé vlasy a celkově špína, po upozornění sice byl zařízen úklid, i s nabídkou na vrácení 50 € za nečistý pokoj. Bohužel, provozovatelé ubytování když měli vracet peníze, přestali komunikovat a na výzvy nereagují. Takhle si myslím v dnešní době podnikat nemělo. Raději se jim vyhněte a najděte ti spolehlivější ubytování. Lokalita byla fajn, trochu problém najít parkovací místo. Přístav byl právě rekonstruován.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr dicht an der Brücke zu Ortigia. Direkt in einer kleinen Marina.
Voll eingerichtetes kleines Apartment mit genug Geschirr für ein kleines Frühstück. Kein Herd oder Backofen aber wir hatten nicht vor zu kochen.
Nespresso Maschine war super.

Pros:

Номер у нас был великолепный. Он находится на втором этаже, разделен на две части, с двумя санузлами и большой кухней посередине. На кухне все есть необходимое, даже больше, в том числе и электроплита. Посуда новая, коффе машина, кто любит коффе варить-пожалуйста турочка. Соль, перец, оливкое масло-все было.
На кухне большое окно и обзор замечательный-прямо напротив дома море и Марина. Очень большой балкон -простекленный, четыре лежака и большой круглый стол. Вид изумительный.
Место расположение ооочень хорошее, мы ходили пешком, ценрт Ортиджии недалеко.
Благодарю Фабио за прекрасный номер! Мы провели чудесную неделю и реально чувствовали себя как дома.

Pros:

Beautifully apartment with an amazing terrace and stunning view.

Cons:

Promenade still has to be completed but we were not affected. Be aware 105 bus has had its route changed. It is near. Please check if needed.

I had the pleasure of staying at Marina homes . I loved it. It has recently been refurbished with a lot of attention to details. It is like being in a five star Hotel without paying the crazy money you would get charged . The mattress was super comfortable , the room super clean and further more Fabio welcomed us and assisted us during our stay . We highly recommend Marina homes and we will definitely get back in the future

I recently stayed at this amazing vacation home and I can honestly say it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Every aspect of the stay exceeded my expectations.

Siracuse, the best beautiful in the greec times: The island of Ortigia and the Neapolis archaeological park are stunning. The location of the place where I stayed (Marina Homes) was top-notch — very central, yet quiet and with parking available. For a Michelin-starred dinner, I recommend Cortile Spirito Santo, and be sure to taste the olive oil produced by the owner of Marina Homes — truly excellent. For a great meal, even if not Michelin-starred, Don Camillo is an excellent choice. The coastal area around Syracuse is beautiful, as are other nearby sites like Pantalica, the Cavagrande lakes, and Vendicari.

Extremely pleasant host and beautiful apartment 10/10 from us
Pros:

The property was beautiful overlooking the sea, for a couple very spacious and exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great! We had use of the roof terrace as we were the only people staying in the apartments, which was a lovely added bonus. It is only short 10 - 15 minute walk into Ortigia and we had a parking space in front of the property easy for loading and unloading luggage. The host was extremely helpful and contact via WhatsApp was instant if we had any questions, would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siracusa/ Ortigia
