In esperienza che non ripeterò sicuramente

Si tratta di una stanza all’interno di un appartamento con altre stanze e un unico bagno condiviso che nella proposta non si evince facilmente

Al presentarme en la dirección, comprobé que el alojamiento no se correspondía con las expectativas que me había generado la publicación.

Viajaba con mi hija de 6 años y tres valijas. Al llegar encontré una vivienda ubicada en un tercer piso sin ascensor. La falta de ascensor solo aparece en un apartado secundario de la publicación y considero que debería destacarse con mucha más claridad, ya que es un aspecto muy importante para quienes viajan con niños o con equipaje.

En mi caso, necesitaba un alojamiento para una sola noche porque mi vuelo había sido reprogramado. Me guié por la descripción principal y por la ubicación. Recién después de hacer la reserva recibí un mensaje por Booking con info adicional sobre las condiciones del alojamiento, algunas de las cuales, a mi criterio, deberían estar mucho más visibles en la descripción principal. Otro aspecto, la insistencia del propietario por WhatsApp. Apenas hice la reserva comenzó a preguntarme si iba a presentarme para preparar la habitación. No entendí esa insistencia, ya que la reserva estaba confirmada y pagada.

Pagué 199 € y, durante mi estancia en Valencia, me había alojado muy cerca de allí en un departamento completo, mucho más cómodo y en excelentes condiciones, por un precio similar. Ese mismo día también encontré un hotel de 4 estrellas por 222 €, por lo que considero que el valor de este alojamiento no guarda proporción con sus características.

Solicité un reembolso, pero no fue concedido, a pesar de haberme presentado en la dirección y de haber decidido no ingresar al comprobar las condiciones reales del lugar.

Mi consejo para otros viajeros es que lean con mucho cuidado toda la información de la publicación, incluidos los apartados secundarios y los mensajes que envía el anfitrión después de la reserva. Y, sobre todo, comparen otras opciones antes de reservar. Por un precio como este, es posible encontrar alojamientos completos y con condiciones mucho mejores.

Repetiría seguro, todo perfecto!
Pros:

La atención fue de 10, súper atentos todo el rato. Nunca había viajado con opción de baño compartido y si son todos como este, repetiría sin duda! La habitación genial, el aire acondicionado genial, todo estupendo!

Cons:

Por poner una mini pega, fuera de la habitación (en el resto del apartamento) hacía mucho calor y humedad. Pero eso prácticamente solo lo notas al entrar y al salir :)

Good location but deceptive description of the facilities
Pros:

The location is excellent - 5 minutes walk to the beach and good access to public transport

Cons:

The bathroom was shared, and that was not obvious from the description, which specifically refers to a private bathroom. Customer service at Booking.com was not helpful in acknowledging or resolving the issue

Отличный хостел. Всё было чисто. Удобная кровать и чистая постель. На кухне есть всё необходимое. И ещё стиральная машина, что важно если на долго приезжать. Рядом море.
