The airport transfer service is provided from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (exclusively from Terminal 4) to the property and back.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Mi estancia fue excelente. La habitación era amplia, con una cama muy cómoda y almohadas grandes, varios enchufes. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Además, el servicio de comida fue excelente, con platos de buena calidad.

Pros:

Estaba todo super limpio, la ubicacion para ir a la T4 es perfecta. La habitacion super grande, esta todo recien nuevo. El desayuno variado y muuy rico.
La zona es muy nueva y lujosa.

室内は清潔で朝食も美味しく、ゆったりと楽しめた。また、家内の具合が悪く、フロントに相談したら、海外渡航保険の有無を確認され、それに対応できる病院の紹介、予約、タクシーの手配など適切な対応をしていただいた。大変ありがとうございました。

旧市街に向かう近くのバス停の位置を地図メモで提供して欲しかった。

O hotel está a poucos minutos do aeroporto, próximo de bares, restaurantes, farmacia, hospital, supermercados etc..., da simpatia dos funcionários do hotel, pequeno almoço excelente, quartos espaçosos e modernos, transporte para o aeroporto sempre que seja necessário e regresso, com segurança à entrada do hotel, um salão para convívio e para quem está de tele trabalho têm mesas com ligação à corrente eléctrica.
No ultimo piso têm um terraço com umas vistas espectaculares.
Um hotel que deixa muitas saudades.
