The airport transfer service is provided from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (exclusively from Terminal 4) to the property and back.

Convenient for layovers at Madrid Airport.
Pros:

Very modern, comfortable and clean hotel located close to T4 terminal of Barajas Airport. Perfect for a layover. There is a complementary transfer from the airport to the hotel and back running every 30 min.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was ok, but not the best price-quality relation for Spanish standards. There are other options outside the hotel nearby anyway.

Cons:

Expected airport shuttle but it only serviced terminal 4. Service, other than restaurant staff, was just ok. Leak in bathroom sink.

Pros:

Staff extremely friendly polite hotel was extremely clean and maintained to a high standard

Cons:

The rooftop bar was not open when the pool was so it was impossible to get drinks snacks without going to the lobby and the rain drop shower had very low pressure

Nuevo y muy próximo al aeropuerto... aunque van subiendo precios.
Pros:

El desayuno, como siempre, muy variado.
En cuanto a la ubicación, si vienes o vas al aeropuerto, pues queda muy cerca.

Cons:

Todo bien... está algo alejado del centro, pero merece la pena, pues es un hotel nuevo, donde se descansa bien y se desayuna muy bien.
Aunque últimamente, supongo debido a las fechas, así como por las buenas puntuaciones que está obteniendo, da la sensación que esta subiendo el coste de alojarse en este hotel... Para un día, sin desayuno, pagar más de 200 eur/noche, pues ya no me merece la pena, por mucho que me pueda gustar.
