The airport transfer service is provided from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (exclusively from Terminal 4) to the property and back.
The service is available every 30 minutes from 05:00 to 11:45 except from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 19:00 to 20:00

Excellent place to stay near the airport! Outstanding customer service!
Pros:

We stayed here because of its proximity to the airport but discovered it was a nice area! Not as walkable as Madrid city center but there was a wonderful nearby grocery store. The rooms and the entire building were new, very modern, and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed it. They also provided a free shuttle to the airport. We didn't use the gym facilities but they looked wonderful! Lots of outlets in the rooms and great lighting!

Nothing--all very comfortable!

overrated for the quality it actually offers
Cons:

The bedding was below the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

I arrived late, around midnight, and I understand that there was nowhere left open to get food. However, for a 4-star airport hotel, I wouldn’t expect there to be not even a vending machine available.
