Average hotel on a shady area.
Pros:

The view of the Pyramids from the terrace is really nice.

Cons:

The hotel is on the last floor of a tall building, 13 floors or so. Its facilities are ok, not bad, not extraordinary, more on the budget side. However, the street where it is located (and the whole area for that matter) is not the best, nor the safest IMO. I did not feel very safe walking around nearby, and I'm a guy. Women should definitely not wander there. If you arrive by car (Uber) and get out by car, it should be fine.

Pros:

Booked 2 rooms here for a short break to Cairo.
Both rooms were large and very clean with comfortable beds, seating area, plenty of wardrobe space and drawers, a fridge and aircon. The bathroom ( in my room) was large and had a bath with a modern overhead shower, plenty of hot water for a shower each day.
Breakfast was served punctually every morning in our room, at an agreed time, which varied on what we were doing each day. The breakfast was always fresh.
We mainly dealt with Mohamed who was more than helpful. He helped us organise our itinerary every day, depending on what we wanted to do and what we wanted to see. We were assigned a driver for every trip, again all very punctual and very knowledgeable about the area, helping with translating and making sure we got around safely

No recommended , and in case of troubleshooting it’s required to stop booking rooms till repair the problem

Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also offer private tours, which made my trip easy and enjoyable. The breakfast was nice with good variety
