Lovely hotel in Leh

It looks flashy and nice from the outside but housekeeping and service falls very short

It's a brand new room with modern interiors.

Cons:

The bed was extremely dirty that I requested to change after reaching at 7PM. Why wasn't it already changed, I don't know. Bathroom rug and the floor carpet outside the room in the corridor were all dirty. It's a hotel, bunch of rules that they don't budge. Food was a very average. No sunlight in the room that was assigned to me. TV has netflix etc but I couldn't sign in. There were only Hindi channels otherwise. I had given my clothes for laundry, even the sweat stains weren't removed.

The hotel has so much potential that I feel it doesn't live up to.

If you are looking to stay in a great place in budget with maximum amenities, this should be your place
Pros:

Prime location, Amazing staff and hospitality
Everyone was so supportive while we were checking in. They even gave us a full download kind of thing on how to acclimatise in leh and move ahead with the plan

Cons:

Nothing to be mentioned. Everything was in place

Besonders hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Zugewandtheit des Personals begeistert. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war spitze. Wir empfehlen das Hotel wärmstens !

Very congested room that they provide first and to change a balcony room we paid more for that

Pros:

附近有很大的超市，離市中心也近，位置很不錯。
餐廳的餐點雖然比當地物價貴一些，但非常美味！
有提供桶裝水飲水機與衣服送洗。

Cons:

旅店不好找，在小巷子內，連當地司機都迷路。
走廊有老鼠，跟櫃台反應後很快處理。
