Cons:

整体还可以，冷气风声太大影响睡眠，大堂不可以接收外卖，一开始我不知道结果外卖送过来外卖员放在马路边，等我下去丢了.行李寄送只有一个合作公司，如果要寄送黑猫要走路四分钟拉着行李过去.出门不远就是全家超市，买东西方便.

Lovely stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Lots of utensils and small appliances you can use. Microwave, oven, ref and even a rice cooker. Separate toilet and bath area. There were enough outlets to plug our devices. Didn't feel cramped with 5 of us and 5 suitcases.

Nothing.

Very nice, spacious apartments at a good price.
Pros:

Great sized room in a good location.
Good room facilities in the apartment room. Very handy for doing laundry during a trip.
Nice staff.

Cons:

Frosted windows as is common in Japan but would be nice for it to be highlighted on bookings.

Pleasant stay. Will come back for sure.
Pros:

Very spacious and clean. Just a few hundred meters from the Kyoto Station. Quiet even though just beside a major road. Quiet neighborhood. Accommodating and friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing at all because we loved it!

Pros:

Good location across a Buddhist temple and police station and next to a convenient store and ample restaurants and a close walk to the station.

Cons:

I think the weakest part of this booking experience is being informed of a 10 am checkout. It is globally not a common check out time. It is an unnecessary burden for guests to plan to exit so early and the concept that an extra or two is possible as late check out for an additional 100$ is absurd and disproportionate and for that reason I had to give it a 7.

Great place for a family to stay.
Pros:

Very clean, staff very helpful & overall a great stay. Convenience store very close for late night dessert & morning coffee runs!

Cons:

It was about a 10 minute walk to the property from the station, but it was flat.
