Las camas supletorias para los niños son incomodisimas. Si vas con adolescentes como nosotros no contrates habitaciones con cama supletorias. Son sillones sin colchón. No durmieron nada.

le format de l’hôtel sans personnel est très déstabilisant. Les serrures connectées des 2 chambres n'étant pas les mêmes nous avons passé du temps à comprendre leur fonctionnement. Sans personne sur place, il a fallut échanger par email, ce qui prend un peu de temps. les lits d'appoints n'était pas du meilleur confort pour les enfants.

As an example of a Standard Double Room, our allocated Room 4 was small, and in serious need of decoration. The bed linen (red tartan from Dunelm) had been washed at least 500 times and was shabby and bubbly. The shower room was worse, grotty grout and chipped tiles and a shower that never really drained. This was a dreary room with bed crammed up against a wall in order to fit the shower and loo. Shabby grey rug on the floor and enough condiments for one drink each. The room and the hotel generally fell well short of it's website marketing and at over £140 for the night we felt totally ripped off. We left early without partaking of breakfast as we couldn't really wait to leave. Very very poor experience.

no staff not even for breakfast; breakfast was very small and only for the fast once (if you come later, you might only get hot water); rooms / apartment was big enough for us but no table and no working WLAN

Geen contact met personeel

No staff on site, loud guests, keycode system that didn't feel safe. Requested an iron for 9am. Communication about this the day before. Noone turned up until 10am. It was my dad's funeral so we had to go to another hotel to borrow one. No apology from the hotel, said that 10am was around 9am when I complained!!! Staff didn't start until 10 and instead of just saying so when communicating the night before, they were just going to make me wait until 10 on the morning of the funeral!

Everything is very old. Poorly maintained. The bath wouldn’t drain properly. The sofa beds provided as single beds are uncomfortable.
The air freshener can't be a solution to mask the smell caused by the old carpet.
The ‘honesty’ system is an interesting idea for both the bar and breakfast, but there isn’t enough food if you’re the last to arrive for breakfast.

Posso muovere davvero poche critiche, ma volendo segnalare cose da migliorare, metterei a disposizione lo shampo/doccia dentro alla doccia stessa. Il lavandino non ha il miscelatore ma due rubinetti distinti per acqua calda e fredda ( a me non ha creato problemi ). Ho scelto di non fare la colazione in hotel perché ho letto che è self service

Frühstück war teuer gebucht, es gab aber nur abgepackte Lebensmittel, den Wasserkocher für Tee und löslichen Kaffee mussten wir selbst anstellen, kein herzhafter Belag. Besser Selbstversorgung

Facilities. No staff.

I would just note that this hotel operates non-staffed. The digital code to access the room worked fine. We didn't see any staff members at all during our one-night stay, which is fine if that's what you're expecting. We arrived slightly earlier than the room was available and had been hoping to leave our luggage in reception but this was not possible since noone was there to ask about secure storage, so we had to keep it with us. Not the end of the world but I hadn't realised there would be no staff at the hotel. We weren't able to make the TV work in the bar and noone to ask. We opted for breakfast elsewhere (nice cafe close by!)
