My stay was wonderful. It was a beautiful home and the outside common area is well kept.
Pros:

Everything. Especially the little patio area.

Cons:

Didn’t like so much that the shower is downstairs and the rooms are upstairs but that’s a personal preference.

Immaculate forest retreat
Pros:

Immaculate property, stylish decor, comfortable beds. Bathroom and Kitchen spotless with excellent amenities and plenty of hot water.
The location was quiet, but close to local shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The property sleeps 4, but only had 3 chairs for the kitchen table. Not a huge issue in nice weather with outdoor seating available but not ideal.

La limpieza excepcional, ambiente muy aogedor en cada habitacion, llena de detalles. Camas muy comodas, baños muy limpios. La cocina completamente equipada, la barbacoa y el jacuzi completan la experiencia. Apto para toda la familia. Atencion de primera.

A delightful, roomier alternative to a hotel room!
Pros:

The residences and the surrounding grounds really well maintained. It's very quiet there, located 200 yards away from Big Bear Blvd. and almost no passing traffic on Jefferies.

Cons:

No issues, though I would suggest adding a tasteful porch cover to each residence to keep snow from building up against front door during seasonal storms…

Lovely stay at N+P, highly recommend!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Joseph’s Hut!
It was so clean and the decor was absolutely lovely.
The beds were comfortable, great location and the self service check-in was very easy. Highly recommend a stay at N+P!
