Everything. Especially the little patio area.
Didn’t like so much that the shower is downstairs and the rooms are upstairs but that’s a personal preference.
Immaculate property, stylish decor, comfortable beds. Bathroom and Kitchen spotless with excellent amenities and plenty of hot water.
The location was quiet, but close to local shops and restaurants.
The property sleeps 4, but only had 3 chairs for the kitchen table. Not a huge issue in nice weather with outdoor seating available but not ideal.

The residences and the surrounding grounds really well maintained. It's very quiet there, located 200 yards away from Big Bear Blvd. and almost no passing traffic on Jefferies.
No issues, though I would suggest adding a tasteful porch cover to each residence to keep snow from building up against front door during seasonal storms…

It was so clean and the decor was absolutely lovely.

Unfortunately, there was nothing about the property that met our expectations. The overall experience was disappointing, and we were unable to enjoy our stay.
The property did not match our expectations. It did not feel clean or well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Self check in and out was a simple, easy to follow process. Communication was helpful and kept to a minimum, which we appreciated. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend for those looking for more of a boutique cabin experience in Big Bear :)

Only one full bath for the two bedroom, and the bathroom counter is quite small to put your things

It was a great little cabin for our family of 3. We really liked having the patio furniture because the weather was beautiful during our stay.
The only complaint we had was a lack of counter space in the bathrooms. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience.
