Fabulous
Pros:

Very nice accommodation close to town

Cons:

Bit confusing check in at first - but ok - but lady on phone was very helpful

Over role the lounge was very quiet and amazing
Pros:

Breakfast was not included, we had to go outside for breakfast. I think every stay should include breakfast as we are paying that much so owners could provide breakfast for guests

Cons:

More blankets and staff could do cleaning every day since trash gets full

Wonderful
Pros:

It was clean, and had the essentials and answered the questions we had quickly. Very spacious and honestly a very aesthetic place to stay at.

Love love love, would rebook and share to all my friends
Pros:

Location was great. Quiet but also close enough to the village and groceries. Check in was a breeze, instructions were clear. Communication was easy, received quick response every time we had a concern or question. We booked the Orville Lodge and the interior design was so beautiful.

Cons:

The place felt a bit too dim/dark but perhaps that was a styling choice. Not a major concern, but the seniors in our group pointed it out.

We are comfortable and felt calm staying here. Thank you
Pros:

We like how they are flexible in accommodating our early check in. The property is well situated, near to shops and accessible to main roads.They have big/ decent size rooms.

Cons:

The narrow stairs are safety hazards since it's not well lit and not wide enough steps,we ended up putting white shoes in each step.It would be more comfortable if there's a bidet in comfort rooms, plastic trash bags and if there's option for white/ brighter lights.

It is the most beautiful resort I’ve ever seen and very enchanting. and super super clean there was nothing out of place

It reminded me of England, which I never would be able to go, so I got to enjoy it at big bear. It was beautiful and enchanting.

Pros:

Beautifully curated boutique hotel/cabin! very clean, comfortable and close to town.

the only thing we did not like was that there was not much to do on the property.
